MBA Internship in Jaipur

An MBA tells companies you studied it. An internship with real campaign numbers tells them you can do it. This is a paid summer internship built around execution, not theory — live project work, a summer internship project report in your university’s format on company letterhead, and a mock viva before you face the real one.

  • Real campaign planning and execution, not theory
  • Analytics tools used from week one
  • Certificate and training letter for university submission
  • Mentors with an active industry background

Who this is for

Your Specialisation Decides Your Internship Track

Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations or IT — the summer project is the same requirement, but the work you should pick is not. At Infonic Training the counsellor maps your specialisation and your college format sheet to one track. The other options sit on the internship hub.

Swipe to see all

MBA Marketing

Take the full campaign track — SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email and analytics on live accounts. It is the same ground the digital marketing course in Jaipur covers, compressed into your summer window.

MBA HR

Build the project around recruitment, onboarding, payroll structure and HR documentation, with employer-branding content as the live piece. The HR training course in Jaipur supplies the practical HR module.

MBA Finance

Work with real numbers — budget sheets, cost per lead, return on ad spend, revenue dashboards. Pair the internship with the data analysis course if your report needs heavy Excel and Power BI work.

MBA Operations

Process mapping, turnaround time, order and enquiry flow, vendor coordination and reporting discipline. The back office training module covers the day-to-day system work your report will document.

MBA IT And Systems

Sit between the business and the tools — CRM setup, tracking, dashboards and reporting automation. Students who want the technical side too usually add a track from the technical courses list.

Switching From HR Or Finance To Marketing

Several MBA students from non-marketing specialisations have used this internship to pivot into digital marketing roles. Say it in the counselling call and you are put on the entry track, not thrown in at the deep end.

BBA And PGDM Students

Final-year BBA and PGDM students sit in the same batch and submit the same report structure. If your course is commerce-side, the B.Com and M.Com internship may fit your syllabus better.

Students Outside Jaipur

Kota, Ajmer, Sikar, Jodhpur, Alwar — the same batch runs live online with shared dashboards and same-day mentor review. Same tasks, same report help, same certificate.

Second-Year Students Facing Placements

Final placement season starts weeks after the break. Walk in with a campaign you ran and numbers you can defend instead of a summer you cannot describe.

AI-assisted, not AI-replaced

AI can write your project report. It cannot sit through your viva.

A chatbot will produce sixty pages of summer internship project report in two minutes. The examiner will then ask which channel gave you the cheapest lead, why the budget moved in week five, and what the click-through rate was before you changed the ad copy. Interns here use ChatGPT and Canva AI as working tools inside the campaign — and then explain every number in the report themselves.

What you actually work on

Twelve Work Areas MBA Interns Handle Here

You will not touch all twelve in four weeks. Your mentor picks the mix that suits your specialisation and the length of your break, and every area below ends in something that goes into the report as evidence — a sheet, a dashboard screenshot or a campaign result. The digital marketing internship runs the same tools for non-MBA students.

Week by week

The Eight-Week MBA Internship Schedule

This is the standard 6 to 8 week MBA summer internship window. The 6-week track drops one execution week and one buffer week; the 4-week track compresses weeks 1 to 4 and keeps the report, the mock viva and the certificate. The tasks inside each week change with your specialisation — the structure does not.

Swipe to see all

Week 01

Specialisation Lock-In And College Format

Your specialisation, your project topic and your university’s report format are settled in the first three days. Marketing takes a campaign brief, HR takes a recruitment or engagement study, Finance takes a budget and ROI brief, Operations takes a process study, IT takes a systems and tracking brief. Submission date goes on the calendar.

Week 02

Tools, Accounts And Synopsis Draft

Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush and Sheets are set up on your own login. HR and Operations interns get the tracker and documentation templates instead. Your two-to-four page synopsis is drafted this week, because most colleges want it approved before the project runs.

Week 03

Data Collection And Market Research

The primary data your report needs is collected this week — a survey you designed, competitor research, or platform data from the live account. Marketing interns pull search and audience data. HR interns run the questionnaire. Finance interns build the cost sheet.

Week 04

Live Project Brief And Campaign Plan

You are handed a real brief with a real deadline, not a case study from a book. You write the objective, the target audience, the channel plan and the budget split, and your mentor signs it off before any money is spent or any process is changed.

Week 05

Execution — Campaigns Go Live

Ads go live on real accounts with a controlled, modest budget. Emails are sent. Content goes out on the calendar you built. HR and Operations interns run their process pilot. Your mentor reviews mid-week and at the end of the week, not only at the end of the month.

Week 06

Optimisation And Data Analysis

Now the numbers exist, you change something and prove what it did. Ad copy, audience, bid, subject line, landing page. Everything that did not work is written down with the reason, because the analysis chapter of your report needs real findings, not a paragraph of theory.

Week 07

Summer Internship Project Report

The report is written to your university’s structure — certificate page, declaration, acknowledgement, company profile, objectives, research methodology, data analysis with charts, findings, limitations, conclusion, bibliography and annexures. Your mentor marks up the draft chapter by chapter.

Week 08

Presentation, Mock Viva And Certificate

You present the project to the batch with slides, then sit a mock viva where the mentor asks the questions your examiner will ask. After that the final assessment. Seventy-five percent attendance and a finished project earn the training letter and the certificate with your grade.

What you carry back

Eight Things You Submit, Show Or Keep

Two documents decide whether your summer counts: a stamped report your department accepts, and a viva you can actually defend. Everything below is built for those two moments, and the rest of it is what recruiters ask to see during placement season.

Deliverable 01

Live Project Work With Real Results

A campaign that ran on a real account, a process you actually changed, or a study a business acted on. Screenshots, spend, reach and conversions — all with dates, all yours to quote.

Executed · Measured

Deliverable 02

University-Format Project Report

The full summer internship project report in your university’s structure, with the company certificate page signed and stamped on letterhead. We are familiar with the formats most Rajasthan universities ask for — bring your format sheet and it is matched to that.

Stamped · Print-ready

Deliverable 03

Approved Project Synopsis

The two-to-four page synopsis most colleges want signed before the project starts. Written in week two with your mentor, so the synopsis and the final report never contradict each other in the viva.

Week 2 delivery

Deliverable 04

Primary Data And Its Analysis

Your own survey responses, platform exports and cost sheets, tabulated and charted in Excel or Sheets. Interns who want deeper statistical work take the data analysis course alongside the internship.

Charts & tables

Deliverable 05

Final Presentation And Mock Viva

A slide deck of the project and a rehearsed viva. The mentor asks the awkward questions first — why this channel, why this sample size, what would you do with double the budget — so the examiner is not the first person to ask them.

Rehearsed

Deliverable 06

Offer Letter, Training Letter, Certificate

An offer letter on company letterhead once enrolment is confirmed, naming your domain, duration and start date. At the end, the training letter and a completion certificate that states your domain, duration and performance grade.

Official letterhead

Deliverable 07

A Marketing Portfolio For Recruiters

Campaign work written up as portfolio entries with screenshots and a one-line result, added to your resume and LinkedIn before you leave. This is what final placement interviewers ask to see.

Resume & LinkedIn

Deliverable 08

Recommendation Letter And Follow-Up

Top performers with strong output and consistent attendance get a recommendation letter from their mentor, useful for jobs and for higher study applications. Career guidance continues after the certificate is printed.

If your college schedules the project in winter instead, the same structure runs as winter industrial training in Jaipur.

Duration & fees

MBA Internship Duration And Fees in Jaipur

Most MBA programmes ask for a 6 to 8 week summer internship, so pick the track that matches your college letter. One straight answer first: this is a paid skill development programme, not a job. Infonic Training is a training academy, not a hiring company, so there is no stipend. What the fee buys is on every card below.

There is no separate exam fee, certificate fee or material charge, and no-cost EMI applies above ₹15,000. If you want more than one summer of skill building, look at the 6 month IT diploma or the 1 year diploma course instead.

Why students choose us

Why MBA Students in Jaipur Join Infonic

Six reasons students give at the end of the programme, in their own order. The same approach runs across every one of our internship programmes in Jaipur, and across the non-technical courses management students take alongside it.

Real Campaign Execution

You do not just plan campaigns in theory — you actually run them and measure real results. Budgets are modest and controlled, but the setup, targeting and measurement are authentic.

Analytics Tool Training

Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and SEMrush are part of your daily internship workflow. Interns say data-driven decision making is the single skill that comes up most in interviews.

Industry Mentor Guidance

Your mentor has worked in marketing at real companies, not only taught it in a classroom. Work comes back with specific corrections, not a tick mark and a grade.

MBA-Specific Report Format

Reports are submitted in professional formats your university and future employers recognise. We know the structures most Rajasthan universities ask for and map your format sheet to the track.

Placement Support And Peer Network

The placement cell refers interns to companies hiring for marketing roles in Jaipur and other cities. Offline batches carry students from several MBA colleges, which builds a peer network on its own.

Strategic Marketing Thinking

We train you to think like a marketing manager, not to execute tasks like a junior assistant. Students who want the selling side too usually add the sales mastery course.

Every MBA Intern Is Assigned One Mentor, By Name

MBA internship mentor at Infonic Training, Jaipur

Ankit Sharma

Internship Mentor Lead · Campaigns & Project Reports · 9+ years

Ankit still runs client campaigns alongside mentoring, so the brief you get in week four is written the way a real one is written — vague in places, with a deadline and a budget. Assignments come back with written corrections; the first campaign brief usually returns with four or five of them.

Bring your college’s report format sheet to the counselling meeting. He will tell you straight away whether your syllabus needs the 4-week or the 8-week track, and he will say so even when the shorter one is cheaper.

Requirement & roles

The Requirement This Satisfies, And What You Can Apply For

Almost every MBA programme asks for a 6 to 8 week summer internship between the second and third semester, submitted as a project report with a company certificate and defended in a viva. This programme is built around that submission. We do not claim a tie-up with any named university — what we do is match the report to the format sheet your department hands you, and put the certificate page on company letterhead. Bring the circular to the counselling meeting; if your college insists the training happen inside a registered hiring company, we will say so before you pay. Other streams are covered by the B.Com and M.Com internship, the BCA and MCA internship and the general summer internship on the internship hub.

FAQ

MBA Internship FAQs

The same ten questions come up at the counselling table every April. Here they are, answered straight.

My MBA university requires a specific internship report format — can Infonic help with that?

Yes. We are familiar with the MBA internship report formats required by most Rajasthan universities and many others, and we guide you on structuring the report to your university’s requirement. Bring the format sheet your department gives you. We do not claim a tie-up with any named university — we match your report to the format and put the certificate page on company letterhead.

Can I focus only on digital marketing, or must I cover every area?

You can specify your focus during the counselling session. Students with a defined career objective get a customised track with deeper specialisation in their chosen area instead of a thin pass over all twelve.

Will I actually run real ads with a budget, or only learn the theory?

We work with real platforms — Google Ads and Meta Ads — and run campaigns on actual accounts. Budgets are controlled and modest, but the setup, targeting and measurement experience is authentic, and the screenshots in your report are yours.

How does this internship help me during final MBA placements at my college?

You walk in with an official internship certificate, hands-on campaign experience you can discuss in detail, and a marketing portfolio you can show recruiters. Interviewers notice the difference between a candidate quoting frameworks and one quoting their own campaign numbers.

Is this suitable for MBA students who specialised in HR or Finance but want to switch to marketing?

Yes. Several MBA students from non-marketing specialisations have completed this internship to pivot into digital marketing roles. The counsellor will recommend the right entry track based on your background and career objective.

Will I get an offer letter before the programme starts that I can submit to my college?

Yes. Once your enrolment is confirmed, we issue an official offer letter on company letterhead mentioning your internship domain, duration and start date. Most departments want that before the break starts.

Do you cover B2B marketing, or only B2C campaigns?

Both are covered conceptually. Practically, most hands-on campaigns lean B2C because of tool availability, but B2B lead generation strategy and LinkedIn marketing get specific attention for students heading into corporate roles.

Which skill from this internship helps MBA students most in interviews?

Google Analytics and data-driven decision making consistently comes up. Interviewers respond to a candidate who discusses campaign performance using actual metrics rather than theoretical frameworks learned in class.

Can I get a recommendation letter from my mentor for a job or higher study application?

Top performers with strong project output and consistent attendance receive a recommendation letter from their mentor. It is not automatic, and we will not write one for a student who did not do the work.

Is there any networking with other MBA students or marketing professionals during the internship?

Yes. Our offline batches have students from multiple MBA colleges, which creates a natural peer network. Virtual guest sessions with working marketing professionals are occasionally available to online participants as well.
