Communication Mastery Course in Jaipur

Let us say the real thing first. Most students in Jaipur are not weak at English. They read it, they follow it, they write it in exams. What stops them is the fear of being laughed at — the pause after a wrong tense, the smirk in a group discussion, the interview where the answer was ready and the voice was not. This class starts exactly where you are, at whatever level that is, and nobody here is allowed to laugh at anyone.

  • Practical training on real life situations
  • Verbal and non-verbal communication together
  • Daily speaking practice, not lectures
  • Interview, GD and presentation practice on camera

Who this is for

This Class Starts Where You Are, Not Where You Should Have Been

There is no entrance test and no minimum level. Some students walk in able to hold a full conversation and only want polish; others have not spoken an English sentence aloud since school. Both sit in the same room and both improve, because the practice is graded to the person and not to the batch. At Infonic Training this runs as one of our non-technical courses in Jaipur.

Students Preparing For College Or Career

You can write a good answer and you go silent when asked to read it out. That gap is what this course closes, before it costs you a placement interview.

Job Seekers Preparing For Interviews

You are qualified and you are losing at the last round. Mock interviews on camera, played back with the trainer, show you exactly where the answer fell apart. It pairs naturally with the job-oriented courses in Jaipur.

Working Professionals Wanting Growth

You do the work and someone else explains it in the meeting, so they get noticed. Evening and weekend batches mean you do not have to take leave to fix that.

Business Owners And Entrepreneurs

Customers judge your business by how you speak to them on the phone in the first thirty seconds. Owners often take this with the business growth course.

People Who Freeze When Others Are Listening

You have the words in your head and they will not come out of your mouth. That is not a language problem. It is fear, and fear is trained down step by step, not talked away.

Fresh Graduates Entering Corporate Life

The first job asks for things college never taught — a status update in a meeting, an email to a client, a polite disagreement. All of it is in the syllabus.

Hindi-Medium Students

Being Hindi-medium is the normal starting point of this batch, not a disadvantage. Explanations run in Hindi and simple English and the foundation module rebuilds sentences from the ground up.

Sales, Support And Customer-Facing Staff

Your whole job is the conversation. Students who sell for a living usually pair this with the sales mastery course or the telecalling course.

Content Creators And Anyone On Camera

Speaking to a lens is a skill of its own — clarity, pace and not editing out every pause. Storytelling and delivery get a full module each.

Communication after AI

ChatGPT will write your email. It will not sit in the interview chair for you.

Be honest about what has changed. Drafting an email, fixing grammar, translating a paragraph, tidying a summary — a tool does all of that in seconds now, and this course teaches you to use those tools instead of pretending they do not exist. What no tool has touched is the live part. The interview panel asks a follow-up question you were not expecting. The group discussion moves and you have four seconds to enter it. A customer is angry on the phone and you have to stay calm in your second language. Your team lead asks in the meeting why the work is late. None of that is a prompt — it is you, out loud, in real time, with your voice doing what your nerves allow. AI raised the value of that half, because everything it can generate is now cheap. That is why this class is practice and not lectures, and why almost every module ends with you speaking and being recorded.

What you'll master

Communication Skills You Actually Leave With

Ten skill groups, and each one ends in something you said out loud and had corrected — a conversation, a presentation, a discussion, an interview answer. The confidence side goes further in the personality development course, and if the block is more about self-belief than language, the positive mindset coaching runs alongside it.

15 Modules, In The Order Confidence Actually Builds

The order matters more than the list. Foundations, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation come first because you cannot practise fluency you do not have. Conversation, calls and email come next, since that is most of a working day. Presentations, group discussion and interviews sit late on purpose — putting a nervous student in front of a group in week one is how institutes create the fear this course exists to remove.

Swipe to see all

Module 01

Spoken English Foundations

Week one is deliberately easy. Simple sentences, said aloud, in a room where nobody comments on anyone else's mistakes. The point is to get your voice moving before anything harder is asked of it.

  • What communication actually is, beyond language
  • Building simple correct sentences and saying them out loud
  • Present, past and future without stopping to think
  • Speaking about yourself, your family and your work
  • Common mistakes people make and why they are harmless
  • Setting your own starting point honestly, without shame
Module 02

Vocabulary That Is Actually Used At Work

Not the exam word list. The 400 to 500 words and phrases that appear in real offices, and the ones to avoid because they make a simple sentence sound rehearsed.

  • Everyday office vocabulary, grouped by situation
  • Phrases for progress, delay, help and handover
  • Saying no, asking for time and chasing an update politely
  • Words for meetings, reports and client conversations
  • Replacing heavy words with plain ones
  • Building a personal word bank you revise weekly
Module 03

Grammar Without Fear

Enough grammar to be correct and not one rule more. Most people already know the rules and freeze applying them, so this module is drills, not theory.

  • The six errors Indian English speakers make most often
  • Articles, prepositions and subject-verb agreement in speech
  • Fixing a wrong tense mid-sentence and carrying on
  • Question forms so you can ask, not only answer
  • Correcting your own recording instead of being corrected
  • Why a small grammar mistake costs nothing if you keep going
Module 04

Pronunciation And Clarity

People do not stop you because your grammar is wrong; they stop you because they did not catch the word. This module is about being understood the first time.

  • Sounds Hindi speakers commonly swap, drilled one by one
  • Word stress so longer words stay clear
  • Speed control — slower is understood faster
  • Voice tone, volume and clarity practice
  • Keeping your natural accent without losing meaning
  • Before-and-after recordings of the same paragraph
Module 05

Listening

Half of communication is receiving it. Most misunderstandings at work start with someone answering a question that was not asked.

  • Active listening, practised and checked on a recording
  • Following fast or accented English on a call
  • Asking someone to repeat without any embarrassment
  • Hearing the actual question inside a long one
  • Note-taking while the other person is still speaking
  • Repeating back what you heard before you respond
Module 06

Everyday Conversation Practice

The daily engine of the course. Small talk, real situations, and enough repetition that starting a conversation stops feeling like a decision.

  • How to start small talk without it dying in ten seconds
  • Keeping a conversation going with better questions
  • Ending a conversation politely and on time
  • Shop, bank, college and office conversation drills
  • Introducing yourself and remembering names
  • Making a first impression in the first ten seconds
Module 07

Telephone And Video-Call English

Calls remove the face and the video call adds a delay. Both change how you have to speak, and both are where most people sound worst.

  • Opening and closing a professional call
  • Speaking clearly on a bad line
  • Taking a message and confirming details back
  • Video-call habits: camera, mute, pace, interrupting
  • Joining and leaving an online meeting properly
  • Handling an angry or impatient caller calmly
Module 08

Business Email And Chat Writing

The one part of communication that stays on record and gets forwarded. Twenty emails written, corrected and rewritten across the course.

  • Subject lines that say what the mail is about
  • A short structure that works for almost every email
  • Requesting, apologising, reminding and refusing
  • Tone — the same sentence read as rude or polite
  • WhatsApp and internal chat that stays professional
  • Proofreading and using AI tools without sounding robotic
Module 09

Presentation And Public Speaking

Two full presentations, both recorded, both reviewed line by line with the trainer. The first one is usually painful to watch. That is the point of the second.

  • Structuring a simple presentation that does not wander
  • Opening lines and closing lines that land
  • Standing in front of a group and staying there
  • Handling nervousness before and during
  • Slides as support, never as your script
  • Taking questions, including the one you cannot answer
Module 10

Group Discussion

GD is where quiet capable people get eliminated. It is a skill with a technique, and the technique can be drilled.

  • Entering a discussion in the first ninety seconds
  • Making a point in under thirty seconds
  • Disagreeing without turning it personal
  • Bringing a quieter person in and why it scores
  • Summarising at the end to close strongly
  • Weekly GD rounds with a written performance review
Module 11

Interview Communication

Practised as an interview, not as a lesson. On camera, with the recording watched back and marked on specific things.

  • “Tell me about yourself” in sixty structured seconds
  • Answering strengths, weaknesses and gaps honestly
  • Explaining a low score or a career break
  • Behavioural questions with a simple story structure
  • Asking your own questions at the end
  • Full mock interview recorded and reviewed
Module 12

Body Language

Your posture and face are speaking before your first word, and in an interview room they are being read carefully.

  • Eye contact that is steady, not staring
  • What your hands do while you talk
  • Posture, distance and how you enter a room
  • Facial expression matching what you are saying
  • Reading discomfort, boredom or disagreement in others
  • Body language on video calls, where only the top half shows
Module 13

Storytelling

A fact is forgotten and a short story is repeated. This is the module that makes interview answers memorable and presentations human.

  • A simple three-part structure for any short story
  • Turning your own experience into a 60-second answer
  • Adding light humour without forcing it
  • Detail that helps and detail that bores
  • Using a story to make a point in a meeting
  • Practising the same story until it stops sounding rehearsed
Module 14

Handling Difficult Conversations

Disagreement, complaints, bad news and pressure. Staying calm in your second language while someone is annoyed is a trained skill.

  • Handling disagreement without raising your voice
  • Choosing words during an argument
  • Saying no to a manager, a client or a customer
  • Giving and receiving criticism without going defensive
  • Apologising properly and moving the matter forward
  • Turning a negative conversation towards a solution
Module 15

Daily Practice Habits

The course ends by handing you the routine, because whatever you stop practising you lose. Twenty minutes a day is the whole prescription.

  • A 20-minute daily speaking routine you will actually keep
  • Shadowing, reading aloud and self-recording
  • Building a weekly revision loop for vocabulary
  • Finding practice partners after the course ends
  • Tracking your own progress with monthly recordings
  • What to do in the month you feel stuck

Every module ends with you speaking, not with a note. Presentations, group discussions and interviews are recorded, watched back with the trainer, and done again. Hearing yourself is uncomfortable for exactly two sessions, and then it becomes the fastest way to improve.

What you walk out with

The Real Deliverables You Leave The Course Holding

Communication training is easy to fake, so this course is built around things that can be checked. Recordings, feedback sheets, a scored group discussion, a filmed mock interview and a written email portfolio — proof that something changed, not a certificate saying it did. Students who want to use it on live work continue into a paid internship in Jaipur after the course.

Asset 01

Two Recorded Presentations With Written Feedback

One recorded early in the course and one near the end, on the same five-minute topic. Each comes with a written feedback sheet marked on structure, pace, filler words, eye contact and clarity. Watching the two side by side is the clearest proof of progress you will ever get.

Video · Feedback sheet · Before and after

Asset 02

A Group Discussion Performance Review

You sit in several GD rounds and the trainer scores each on the things a real panel scores — when you entered, how long you spoke, whether you brought others in, whether you summarised. You leave with a written review of your own pattern and what to change.

Entry · Content · Body language

Asset 03

A Mock Interview Recording

A full interview on camera with a panel of two, covering introduction, background, strengths, weaknesses, situational questions and your questions back. Reviewed with you afterwards, answer by answer, so you know which reply cost you the room.

On camera · Reviewed · Repeated

Asset 04

A Written Email Portfolio

Around twenty business emails written across the course and corrected — an application, a follow-up, a complaint, an apology, a status update, a polite refusal, a client reply. Kept as one document you can reuse at work from day one.

20 emails · Corrected · Reusable

Asset 05

Your Own Vocabulary And Pronunciation Workbook

The words you personally kept getting wrong, the sounds you kept swapping, and the phrases you decided to make your own. Built weekly by you, which is why it is more useful than any printed word list.

Word bank · Drills · Revision loop

Asset 06

A Daily Practice Log And Storytelling Set

Three short personal stories polished for interviews and meetings, plus the 20-minute daily routine written down with what you did each day. The log is the part students underrate and the part that decides whether this lasts.

3 stories · 20 minutes a day

Ask any institute you are considering one question: what will I be able to show at the end? If the answer is only a certificate, you are paying for attendance.

The Everyday Tools You Will Practise On

Nothing exotic, and nothing you have to buy. The recorder in your phone does most of the work. AI tools are used the honest way in this course — to check a draft after you wrote it, never to write the thing you were supposed to say yourself.

Why students choose us

Plenty Of Classes Will Teach You English. Fewer Will Make You Speak It.

The complaint we hear from students who come after another institute is always the same — they finished the grammar book, filled three notebooks, and still could not answer a question in an interview. Nothing improves from the notes. It improves from the twenty minutes a week you spend speaking badly in front of someone who corrects you kindly.

Swipe to see all

You Speak In Every Single Session

There is no class here where you only listen. Every session has speaking time for every student, which is why the batch is capped at 12 to 15. In a batch of forty, most people watch.

Nobody Is Allowed To Laugh

It is a stated rule from day one and the trainer enforces it. Students who came from other classes usually say this is the difference — they stopped rehearsing what they were about to say and started saying it.

Taught In Hindi And Simple English

Explained in Hindi where needed and repeated in English. You are never sitting through an explanation you could not follow, pretending you did.

Feedback That Is Specific

Not “speak more confidently”. Filler words counted, pace measured, eye contact noted, the exact sentence where you lost the room. Vague feedback is why people repeat the same mistake for years.

Interview And GD Practice On Camera

Recorded, watched back, done again. It is the single fastest correction tool in the course and it costs nothing but your discomfort in the first two sessions.

A Level Starting Point, Not A Fixed Syllabus

The trainer sets your first target from where you actually are. A student who cannot make a full sentence and a student who wants polish get different homework in the same batch.

Trainers Who Work In Front Of People

Our soft-skills trainers run corporate sessions and interview panels alongside teaching, so the interview and GD practice reflects what panels in Jaipur are asking this year.

Placement Support That Stays In Touch

Resume, LinkedIn, mock interviews and referrals to hiring companies in Jaipur. Communication students are the easiest to refer, because the improvement is audible in five minutes.

Everything Continues After The Course

You leave with a written daily routine, a practice group and a monthly recording habit. Language that is not used goes rusty, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a finish line. Presence work continues in the personal branding training.

Taught By Someone Who Sits On Interview Panels

Communication and soft skills trainer at Infonic Training, Jaipur

Meenakshi Sharma

Lead Trainer, Communication & Soft Skills · 12+ years

Meenakshi has run corporate communication sessions and sat on hiring panels across Jaipur for over a decade, so the interview and group discussion practice in this course is built on what panels here are actually asking this year, including the answers that quietly end an interview.

Come to the demo class and speak for two minutes about anything. She will tell you plainly what your real problem is — vocabulary, structure, pace, or simply nerves — and which track fits. If your English is already fine and the issue is confidence, she will say that and point you to the right program instead of taking your admission.

What Communication Does To Your Hiring Odds And Your Salary

Communication is not a job title. It is the thing that decides which of two equally qualified people gets the offer, and which one is trusted with a client three months later. It shows up in every role — support, sales, HR, back office, teaching, and yes, in technical roles too, where the developer who can explain a delay to a client is paid more than the one who cannot. Students who combine it with a job skill like digital marketing or HR training move fastest.

Role in the Jaipur market Monthly pay, hesitant speaker What changes when you speak clearly
Customer support / relationship executive (fresher) ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 with clear speech and clean email
Sales or business development executive (fresher) ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 base Same base, but conversion and incentive move sharply
HR executive or recruiter (0–2 years) ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 ₹20,000 – ₹32,000, because the job is entirely talking
Back office / operations executive (0–2 years) ₹9,000 – ₹14,000 ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 and a path to coordination roles
Developer, designer or analyst (0–2 years) ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 once client-facing work is trusted to you
Team lead or client manager (3–5 years) Rarely reached without it ₹35,000 – ₹70,000 — this promotion is decided on communication

Read that table as a pattern, not as a promise. Communication does not add a number to your salary by itself — it changes which work you are given, and the work decides the number. That is also why the effect compounds: the person handed the client call in year one is the person leading a team in year four.

Where your career is decided What is being judged How much communication decides it
Getting shortlisted Resume and marks do this part Nothing changes — this is where degrees still matter
The interview round Two candidates, same qualification The one who explains clearly gets the offer, almost every time
First six months at work Doing the work well Being able to say what you did is what gets you noticed
Client-facing work Handed to whoever can be trusted on a call This is the doorway to every higher-paying profile
Team lead promotion Skill alone stops being enough Decided on explaining, listening and handling disagreement

Here is the honest summary. For a non-technical graduate in Jaipur, communication is the single highest-return skill available — it costs the least, it applies to every role you will ever apply for, and it is the one thing an interview panel measures in the first two minutes whether they intend to or not. It is also the skill most people put off, because it is uncomfortable in public and easy to postpone. Compare it against the alternatives on the non-technical courses page and then decide, but be clear that no certificate rescues an interview you could not speak in.

FAQ

Communication Course FAQs

Most of these are asked quietly at the counselling table, usually in Hindi, usually by someone who is embarrassed to ask them. They are all fair questions.

How long is the communication course in Jaipur and how many hours a week does it need?▾

There are three tracks. The spoken English and confidence foundation runs 2 months, the full communication mastery track runs 4 months, and the career track with interview and personality work runs 6 months. Weekday batches meet 5 days a week for about 1.5 to 2 hours, and weekend batches cover the same syllabus over a longer period for people already working. Add 20 minutes of speaking practice at home every day. Speaking out loud is the practice; reading the notes is not.

What is the communication course fee in Jaipur and are there any hidden charges?▾

The 2-month spoken English and confidence foundation is ₹9,000, the 4-month communication mastery track is ₹18,000, and the 6-month communication and interview career track is ₹24,000. The fee covers training, study material, all recordings and feedback sheets, and the certificate. No-cost EMI is available on fees above ₹15,000. There is no separate exam fee, material charge or certificate charge.

I understand English but my words get stuck when I speak. Will this actually help?▾

This is the most common thing we hear, and it is not an English problem. You are not weak at the language; you are afraid of the reaction. Practice is built up in steps — first a one-to-one conversation with the trainer, then a pair, then a table of four, then the front of the room. By the time you are presenting, you have already said the same sentences aloud thirty times. Nobody in this classroom is allowed to laugh at anyone, and that rule is stated on day one.

I feel nervous when many people are listening. How do you handle that?▾

Speaking anxiety is almost always an under-practice problem, not a personality problem. The batch is 12 to 15 students so nobody hides at the back, and every session starts with a low-pressure activity before anything harder. Presentations are recorded and reviewed privately with the trainer, not scored in front of the room. Most students speak in front of the whole batch by week three, which felt impossible to them in week one.

My English is very weak and I studied in a Hindi-medium school. Can I still join?▾

Yes, and a large share of our students come from exactly that background. The class starts where you are. Explanations run in Hindi and simple English, the foundation module rebuilds sentences from tense and structure upward, and nobody is put in front of a group before they are ready for it. Being a Hindi-medium student is not a disadvantage here — it is the normal starting point of the batch.

I already speak decent English. Is there anything left for me?▾

Yes, because this is not an English class. Grammar and vocabulary are only four of the fifteen modules. The rest is listening, structuring what you say, group discussion, telephone and video-call habits, business email writing, presentation delivery, body language, storytelling and handling a difficult conversation without losing your temper. Fluent speakers usually improve most in the email writing and group discussion modules.

How soon will I see a change in the way I speak?▾

Most students notice small changes in the first two to three weeks — fewer filler words, less panic before speaking, sentences finished instead of abandoned. The bigger change, staying calm in a group discussion or an interview, usually lands around week six to eight. Communication is a habit, so it keeps improving as long as you keep practising and stops improving the month you stop.

Does this help with interviews and workplace communication?▾

That is most of the second half of the course. You will do a full mock interview on camera, a group discussion with a written performance review, two recorded presentations with feedback, and a portfolio of business emails. The situations practised in class — explaining an idea, answering a question you were not expecting, disagreeing politely — are the same ones an interview and a Monday morning meeting throw at you.

What does communication actually do to my salary?▾

It does not create a salary on its own, but it decides which of two equally qualified candidates gets the offer, and it is the reason people are made team leads. In Jaipur a fresher in a customer-facing role starts around ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 a month; the same person after two years of clear speaking and clean email writing is usually at ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 and being handed clients. For a non-technical graduate this is the highest-return skill available, but nobody honest will promise you a package for it.

Do I get a certificate, and can I combine this with another course?▾

Yes to the certificate, issued when you complete the training. Combining works well here — most students pair this with the personality development course or a job-oriented program like HR training or sales mastery. The counsellor will tell you honestly if two programs at once will overload your week.

Say It Out Loud. That Is The Whole Course.

Hundreds of students from Jaipur walked in unable to finish a sentence in front of strangers and walked out presenting to the batch. You do not need good English to start, you do not need to be an extrovert, and you will not be laughed at here. Bring twenty minutes a day. The next batch begins on 1 September, in morning and evening slots.
