FAQ
Most of these are asked quietly at the counselling table, usually in Hindi, often by a parent sitting next to the student. They are all fair questions.
How long is the personality development course in Jaipur and how many hours a week does it need?▾
There are three tracks. The confidence and presence foundation runs 2 months, the full personality development track runs 4 months, and the career track with repeated interview and group discussion practice runs 6 months. Weekday batches meet 5 days a week for about 1.5 to 2 hours, and weekend batches cover the same syllabus over a longer period for people already working. Add 20 minutes of practice at home every day. Doing the drill is the practice; reading the notes is not.
What is the personality development course fee in Jaipur and are there any hidden charges?▾
The 2-month confidence and presence foundation is ₹9,000, the 4-month personality development track is ₹18,000, and the 6-month personality and interview career track is ₹24,000. The fee covers training, study material, all recordings and feedback sheets, and the certificate. No-cost EMI is available on fees above ₹15,000. There is no separate exam fee, material charge or certificate charge.
Will a personality development course get me a job?▾
On its own, no, and be careful with anyone who says otherwise. Your resume, your qualification and your skill get you shortlisted. What this course changes is the part after that — the interview, the group discussion, the first six months where a company decides whether to keep you, and the year they decide whether to promote you. Do it alongside a skill that pays and it is the highest-return few months you can spend. Do it instead of learning a skill and you will be a confident candidate with nothing to offer.
I am very shy and I freeze in front of people. Can this really change?▾
Yes, and shy students are most of the batch. Nothing here starts with a stage. The practice is graded — one-to-one with the trainer, then a pair, then a table of four, then the room. By the time you present, you have already said the same sentences aloud twenty or thirty times in smaller settings. Nobody in this classroom is allowed to laugh at anyone, and that rule is stated on day one and enforced.
What is the difference between this and the communication course?▾
The communication course fixes what comes out of your mouth — spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, writing. This course fixes everything around it — posture, eye contact, grooming, first impressions, discipline, handling criticism, emotional control, workplace behaviour. If people ask you to repeat yourself, start with the communication mastery course. If people understand you fine but do not take you seriously, start here. Many students do both, one after the other.
My English is weak. Is this course still useful for me?▾
Yes. This class runs in Hindi and simple English and being weak in English is the normal starting point of the batch, not a disadvantage. Presence, posture, listening, discipline and interview behaviour do not require good English at all. That said, if you are applying for roles where the interview will be conducted entirely in English, the counsellor will tell you honestly to run the language course alongside this one rather than pretend one class fixes both.
Is there an age limit, and can parents enrol their son or daughter?▾
Students from about 16 upward sit in these batches, and plenty of admissions are done by a parent who has watched their child avoid every stage at school. Bring them to the demo class and sit through it yourself before deciding. One thing we ask of parents: come because your child is hesitant, not to fix a personality you disapprove of. Nobody is put on the spot on their first day, and the change comes from weekly practice, not from pressure at home.
How soon will people notice a change in me?▾
Most students notice small things in the first two to three weeks — standing straighter, looking up while speaking, fewer filler words, answering instead of nodding. The visible change that other people comment on usually lands around week six to eight. The recorded self-introduction from day one is the honest measure; watch it in month three and the difference is not something you have to be told about.
Do you actually help with interviews and group discussions?▾
That is most of the second half of the course. You will do a full mock interview on camera with a panel of two, reviewed with you answer by answer, several group discussion rounds with a written scorecard, and two recorded presentations with feedback sheets. The situations rehearsed in class — an unexpected question, a disagreement, an answer that went wrong halfway — are the same ones a real panel throws at you.
Do I get a certificate, and can I combine this with another course?▾
Yes to the certificate, issued when you complete the training. Combining works well here — most students pair this with the communication mastery course or a job-oriented program like HR training. The counsellor will tell you honestly if two programs at once will overload your week.
