Freelancing Course in Jaipur

Straight talk before you read further: freelancing is not a skill. It is the business you run around a skill. This course teaches that business — choosing what you sell, building a profile and portfolio, writing proposals that get replied to, quoting a price, signing a contract, handling the client, and getting the money into your bank account from India or abroad. The skill itself — design, writing, video, web, SEO — you either already have or you learn it here on a separate track.

  • Upwork, Fiverr and LinkedIn profiles built in class
  • Proposal, rate card and contract templates you keep
  • Payoneer, Wise, invoicing and GST on export of services
  • Paid internship after the course on real client work

Who this is for

You Need Something To Sell Before You Can Freelance

Be honest with yourself at this step, because it decides everything after it. Nobody pays a freelancer for being available. They pay for a job they cannot do themselves — a website built, a reel edited, a logo drawn, an article written, a store ranked. If you do not have one of those yet, do a skill course first or take it alongside this one: web designing, graphic design, video editing, content writing or SEO training. If you already have the skill and the earning is still not happening, this course is exactly the missing half. It runs as one of our non-technical courses in Jaipur.

College Students

Sitting in college with zero income is frustrating, and a degree alone will not fix it. Learn one sellable skill and the business around it now, and you graduate with earnings and a portfolio instead of only marks.

Housewives And Home-Based Learners

Managing a home full time does not mean career growth has to stop. Freelance work is genuinely done from a laptop at home, on hours you choose, with no commute and no fixed shift.

Job Seekers Tired Of No Replies

Sending resumes every day and hearing nothing back is exhausting. Freelancing removes that dependency — you go and find the client instead of waiting for HR to notice you.

Fresh Graduates With No Experience

Every job asks for experience nobody will give you. Three paid client projects on a portfolio close that gap faster than another certificate does.

Working Professionals

A salary covers the basics and rarely the goals. Evening and weekend batches mean you build a second income without resigning first. Most students start exactly this way.

Small Business Owners

Stop paying an agency for work you could brief better yourself. Understanding how freelancers price, scope and deliver also makes you a much harder client to overcharge — pair it with the business growth course.

Designers, Writers And Editors Who Already Have The Skill

You can design, write or edit well and still earn nothing, because nobody knows you exist and your quotes get ignored. This is the course that fixes the sales side, not the craft.

Existing Freelancers Stuck At Small Projects

You get ₹500 gigs and one-line briefs and you are exhausted. Positioning, rate cards, retainers and contracts are what move you from odd jobs to steady monthly income.

Anyone Who Wants To Sell Their Own Time Better

Client calls, negotiation and saying no to scope creep are learnable. Students who dread that side take the communication mastery course alongside this one.

Freelancing after AI

AI did kill the ₹300 gig. It did not touch the client relationship.

Anyone telling you AI has not changed freelancing is selling you a course from 2019. Generic logo work, thin blog articles, basic captions, template landing pages — a client can now get a passable version of all of that in ninety seconds for free, and the low end of every platform has collapsed accordingly. What has not collapsed is everything around the file. A business owner still cannot tell you what their website should say, still cannot decide which of four drafts is right, still cannot brief, scope, review or take responsibility for the outcome. That is what a freelancer is actually paid for, and AI has made those hours more valuable, not less. The freelancers doing well right now use AI to produce three times faster, then charge for judgment, revision and accountability. The ones struggling are still competing on being cheap. This course puts you on the first side: you learn to position an offer a machine cannot deliver, quote for outcomes rather than hours, and hold a client relationship that renews every month.

What you'll master

The Freelance Business Skills You Actually Leave With

Ten skill groups, none of them about your craft. Every one ends in something written, sent or signed — a profile that is live, a proposal that went out, a rate card you can defend, a contract a client signed. Students who want the wider picture of earning online also look at the online money making course, and the visibility side is covered in personal branding training.

14 Modules, In The Order A Real Freelance Business Is Built

Offer first, then proof, then the channels that bring enquiries. Pricing and scoping before contracts, because a signed agreement on a bad quote still loses you money. Payment, reviews and scaling last. Nothing here teaches you design or code — that is a separate track, and the counsellor will tell you if you need it.

Module 01

Choosing Your Service And Your Niche

The decision that fixes everything downstream. Most people fail here by offering everything to everyone. You leave this module with one service, one buyer and one sentence that says what you do.

  • Auditing what you can already deliver today
  • Which skills the market is paying for right now
  • Picking a niche: industry, format or outcome
  • Writing your one-line offer and testing it
  • Deciding honestly whether you need a skill course first
Module 02

Building A Portfolio That Wins Work

Clients do not read a list of software you know. They look for evidence you have solved their exact problem before. You build three case studies, even if you have never had a paying client.

  • Three case studies beat twenty random samples
  • Structure: problem, what you did, result
  • Building proof with spec work and free pilots
  • A portfolio site or a PDF — which suits your skill
  • Presenting numbers honestly when results are small
Module 03

Upwork And Fiverr Profiles That Get Seen

Both platforms rank profiles. We open real accounts in class, write the copy together, set the packages and fix the parts that keep new freelancers invisible for months.

  • Upwork profile title, overview and skill tags
  • Fiverr gig titles, packages, extras and images
  • Connects, bidding limits and platform fees
  • Surviving the first-five-reviews problem
  • Which platform actually fits your skill and country target
Module 04

Proposals And Cover Letters That Get Replies

Ninety per cent of proposals are ignored because they talk about the freelancer. You learn a structure that opens with the client's problem and gets to proof before price.

  • Reading a job post for what is really being asked
  • Opening lines that stop a client scrolling
  • Proof, scope and price on one page
  • Attaching the right sample, not your best sample
  • Follow-up messages that are not annoying
Module 05

LinkedIn And Cold Outreach

Platforms take a cut and control your visibility. Direct outreach does not. This module builds the pipeline you own — profile, prospect list and the messages that start conversations.

  • A LinkedIn profile written for buyers, not recruiters
  • Building a 100-name prospect list in your niche
  • Cold email and DM scripts that get answered in India
  • Posting so clients come to you instead
  • Tracking outreach so follow-ups do not get lost
Module 06

Finding Clients In Jaipur Itself

Overlooked and often the fastest first money. Local showrooms, clinics, coaching centres, boutiques and manufacturers in Jaipur hire constantly and rarely get approached properly.

  • Where local businesses actually look for freelancers
  • Walk-in and phone approach that does not feel like sales
  • Pricing for the local market versus international
  • Referral loops inside one industry or one market
  • Turning one Jaipur client into three
Module 07

Pricing: Hourly, Fixed And Retainer

The module students say changed their income the most. Most freelancers undercharge because they never worked out what an hour of their time actually costs them.

  • Calculating your real hourly cost and your price floor
  • When hourly is safer, and when it caps you
  • Fixed-price quoting without losing money on revisions
  • Building a monthly retainer offer
  • Raising rates with clients you already have
Module 08

Scoping And Quoting A Project

Most freelancing losses are not bad work — they are bad scope. You practise turning vague WhatsApp messages into a written scope a client agrees to before you start.

  • Questions to ask before you quote anything
  • Writing deliverables, timelines and exclusions
  • Quoting a range first, then a firm number
  • Estimating time honestly, then adding a buffer
  • Red flags that mean you should decline the project
Module 09

Contracts, Advances And Getting Protected

Working without a written agreement is how freelancers get burnt. You leave with a simple contract you actually understand and can send in five minutes.

  • A plain-language freelance contract, clause by clause
  • Advance percentage and milestone payments
  • Ownership, usage rights and confidentiality
  • What to do when a client stops replying
  • Keeping records that support your case
Module 10

Client Communication And Scope Creep

The skill that decides whether a client returns. Setting expectations in week one costs you nothing; fixing them in week four costs you the project.

  • Setting communication channels and response times
  • Status updates that stop clients chasing you
  • Recognising scope creep the first time it appears
  • Charging for extra work without a fight
  • Handling criticism, delays and difficult feedback
Module 11

Delivery, Revisions And Handover

Delivery is a stage, not an email attachment. Clean handover is what turns a nervous first-time client into someone who recommends you.

  • Defining what a revision is before you start
  • Delivering files, access and documentation properly
  • Getting written sign-off on completion
  • Post-delivery support and what it costs
  • Closing a project so the next one is easier
Module 12

Getting Paid, In India And Abroad

Earning is not income until it reaches your bank. This module is entirely practical: accounts, invoices, transfer costs and what the tax side of freelancing looks like.

  • Payoneer, Wise and direct bank transfer compared
  • Transfer charges, exchange rates and hidden cuts
  • Writing a professional invoice with the right details
  • GST on export of services, LUT and when it applies
  • Keeping books your CA can actually file from
Module 13

Reviews, Repeat Clients And Referrals

A new client costs you five times more effort than an existing one. This module is about never starting from zero again after your first three projects.

  • Asking for a review at the right moment
  • Turning a one-off project into a retainer
  • Referral requests that do not feel awkward
  • Winning back clients who went quiet
  • Building a small list you can message every month
Module 14

Scaling: From Freelancer To Small Agency

Optional, and not for everyone. But once you are booked out, you either raise prices or bring in other people. You learn what that decision really involves.

  • Signs you are ready to stop taking every project
  • Subcontracting overflow work safely
  • Margins, quality control and who takes the blame
  • Registering a business, and when it is worth it
  • Systems that let you step out of delivery

Freelancing Course Fees in Jaipur

Three tracks. The difference is whether you already have a skill to sell. If you do, the first two are enough. If you do not, take the combo — you learn the craft and the client business together instead of paying twice. The fee covers training, material, templates and the certificate. No exam fee, no material charge, nothing added at the counselling table.

The Tools A Working Freelancer Actually Opens Every Day

Knowing a skill is one thing. Knowing which tools to use while doing that skill is what separates a beginner from someone clients trust. These are the ones that run the business side — the software for your craft comes from whichever skill course you pair this with.

Why students choose us

Plenty Of People Talk About Freelancing. Fewer Show You An Invoice.

The students who arrive here after another institute all say the same thing: they were told freelancing was the future, shown a screenshot of somebody's dashboard, and sent home with no profile, no proposal and no idea what to charge. Motivation is not training. Watching a proposal get accepted, and having yours corrected line by line, is.

15+ Years In The Industry, Not In Books

Your trainer is not someone who read about freelancing. He has spent over fifteen years working inside the industry, quoting real projects and chasing real invoices, and that is what gets taught.

A Paid Internship, Not A Free One

Most places offer internships where you work for free. Here the internship after your course is paid. You earn while you apply what you learned on live briefs.

An In-House IT Company Behind It

Infonic runs its own consultancy, so the briefs, quotations and client emails discussed in class come from actual company work — not made-up assignments.

Industry Visits Arranged

We arrange regular visits to working companies so you see the professional environment your clients operate in. It changes how you write to them.

One To One Coaching When You Are Stuck

Group classes work for most topics. When you are stuck on your own pricing or a client who has gone quiet, you get direct one to one time on your specific case.

We Will Tell You If This Is The Wrong Course

If you walk in with nothing to sell, the counsellor will say so and point you at a skill course first — web designing, content writing or graphic design. Selling you the wrong course helps nobody.

Fifteen years inside the industry means fifteen years of quotations sent, some accepted and plenty ignored. The proposals opened in class are real ones, including the ones that lost, and the reason they lost is usually more useful than the reason the others won.

Bring the last quote you sent, or the client message you did not know how to answer, to the demo class. If freelancing is not the right course for what you actually want, he will tell you that instead of enrolling you.

Income & roles

What Freelancing Actually Pays, By Skill And By Year

Your income as a freelancer is decided by two things: which skill you sell and how long you have been selling it. Not by how hard you work in month one. The tables below are bands from the Jaipur and Indian remote market — they are ranges, not promises, and the number you land on depends on the portfolio you can show. Those who add a sales mastery course or an personal branding programme climb faster, because selling is the part most freelancers never learn.

Freelance Web DeveloperFreelance WordPress DeveloperFreelance SEO ExpertFreelance Content WriterFreelance CopywriterFreelance Video EditorFreelance Graphic DesignerFreelance Digital MarketerFreelance Social Media ManagerFreelance Data AnalystFreelance AI Prompt EngineerFreelance Email MarketerVirtual AssistantOnline TutorLead Generation SpecialistClient Outreach SpecialistE-commerce ManagerAffiliate MarketerYouTube Channel ManagerBlogging & AdSense EarnerWeb DesignerJunior Web DeveloperDigital Marketing ExecutiveSocial Media Executive
Skill you sell Month 1–3 monthly Steady after 9–12 months Notes
Content writing and copywriting ₹2,000 – ₹8,000 ₹18,000 – ₹45,000 Easiest to start, most crowded at the bottom.
Graphic design and social creatives ₹3,000 – ₹10,000 ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 Retainers beat one-off logos by a distance.
Video editing for reels and YouTube ₹4,000 – ₹12,000 ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 Per-video retainers with creators are steady work.
WordPress and web design ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 Maintenance contracts are where the stability is.
SEO and digital marketing retainers ₹5,000 – ₹12,000 ₹25,000 – ₹70,000 Slow to sell, hard for a client to replace.
Web or app development ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 ₹40,000 – ₹1,20,000 Highest ceiling, longest time to first client.

Read the first column properly, because it is the one nobody shows you. Month 1 to month 3 is usually thin — often nothing at all in month one. You are building profiles, sending proposals that get ignored and taking a first project that pays less than it should. Almost everyone who quits freelancing quits inside that window, and almost everyone who gets past it ends up somewhere in the third column.

Stage What actually happens What you should be doing
Month 1 Usually zero, and that is normal. Profiles live, portfolio published, 100 outreach messages sent.
Month 2 – 3 First replies, first small project, often underpriced. Deliver clean, ask for the review, do not chase the cheapest work.
Month 4 – 6 One or two regular clients, income becomes lumpy but real. Raise the rate on new clients, convert one project into a retainer.
Month 7 – 12 A base income you can plan around. Stop bidding on marketplaces, work referrals and repeat clients.
Year 2 Booked out at your current rate. Raise prices, subcontract overflow, or decide against scaling.

Most students in Jaipur start this part-time while employed or studying, which is genuinely the smartest way — the thin months hurt far less when a salary or a family is covering them. Students who eventually want a registered business rather than solo work continue into the 1-year entrepreneurship course or the business growth course.

An honest note: the support team builds your freelancing profile, reviews your portfolio, shares real project leads and stays in contact after the course — and for students who want a job instead, handles resume, LinkedIn and interview prep. It works for people who keep sending proposals after the batch ends. We open the door; the client still has to choose you, and anyone promising guaranteed freelance income to a beginner is not being straight with you.

FAQ

Freelancing Course FAQs

Serious learners think carefully before giving months to any training. These are the questions people actually ask at the counselling table.

Do I need to already have a skill before I join the freelancing course?▾

Either you have one or you build one, but you cannot skip it. Freelancing is the business around a skill, not a skill by itself — clients pay for a website, a logo, an edited video, an article or a ranked page, and this course teaches you how to sell, price, contract and deliver that work. If you can already do one of those things, take the 6-week or 3-month track. If you cannot, take the 5-month combo, which pairs all 14 freelancing modules with a full skill course in design, video, writing, web or SEO. The counsellor will look at what you can do today and tell you plainly which one applies to you.

I already know the basics of freelancing. Will this course still be useful for me?▾

Yes, and this is the most common reason people join. Knowing the basics and actually earning consistently from freelancing are two very different things. Most people who arrive already knowing the basics are stuck on the same three things: a profile nobody finds, proposals nobody answers and prices they cannot defend. Profile optimisation, proposal writing, client handling, pricing strategy and scaling are the whole course here, not an introduction to what freelancing is.

How long does it take to start earning after completing this training?▾

Most students start getting their first responses or small projects within 3 to 6 weeks of completing the course, if they are consistent with their profile and outreach. Be prepared for month one to be thin or empty — that is normal and it is when most people quit. The paid internship after the course helps here, because you are earning and building real delivery experience while your own client pipeline is still filling up.

What if I pick the wrong course or skill during the training?▾

Before the training starts, a mentor sits with you to understand your interests, your background and what you want the next two years to look like. The skill direction is guided, not randomly assigned. If halfway through it becomes clear that a different skill suits you better, tell the trainer — changing direction in week three costs far less than finishing a track you will never sell.

Is the freelancing certification from this institute accepted on Upwork or Fiverr?▾

Be clear about how this works. Neither Upwork nor Fiverr keeps an official list of accepted institutes, so no certificate anywhere gives you special status on those platforms. The certification is from Infonic Training, a recognised professional institute, and it adds credibility on your profile alongside your portfolio. What actually wins the project is the work samples and the proposal. The certificate supports them; it does not replace them.

How is the placement and freelancing support actually provided?▾

Support covers freelancing profile building, portfolio review, sharing real project and job leads, and staying in contact after the batch ends. For students who want a full-time role instead of client work, resume building and interview guidance are included. It works for people who keep applying and keep sending proposals — the team opens doors, it cannot sit the client call for you.

Can I join if I am from outside Jaipur?▾

Yes. The online format is live, not pre-recorded, with the same trainer, the same assignments, the same live projects and the same certification. Students from Ajmer, Sikar, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota and Alwar attend the online batches regularly. Classroom training runs at our Ajmer Road centre at Heera Nagar Mode.

Can I freelance part-time while I am still employed?▾

Completely realistic, and honestly one of the smartest ways to start. A salary covering your expenses is exactly what lets you refuse underpriced work in the early months. The course covers managing time across a job and client work, and choosing project types with deadlines that fit around office hours. Check your employment contract for anything about outside work before you begin.

What is the freelancing course fee in Jaipur and are there hidden charges?▾

The 6-week Freelancing Launchpad is ₹9,000, the 3-month Freelance Career Track is ₹18,000, and the 5-month Skill and Freelancing Combo is ₹28,000. The fee covers training, study material, the template pack and the certificate. No-cost EMI is available above ₹15,000, and there is no separate exam fee, certificate fee or material charge.

How do I actually get paid by a foreign client, and what about GST?▾

Module 12 is entirely this. You set up and compare Payoneer, Wise and direct bank transfer, look at what each one really costs after exchange rates, and write a proper invoice with the details that keep an international payment from getting stuck. On tax, we cover how freelancing income is treated, what export of services means, the LUT route and the record-keeping your CA will ask for. We teach the process; your CA signs off on your actual filing.
