The short version

The Whole Policy In Four Boxes

The clauses below this summary are the actual policy and they are what count legally. This box is here so a student or a parent can understand the position in one minute without reading fourteen clauses. Nothing here contradicts the clauses; it only shortens them.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, email, the course you asked about, and your city. If you enrol, we also hold your admission form, qualification details, attendance, assessment marks and fee receipts. The website separately records anonymous usage data through cookies.

Why we collect it

To call you back about the course you enquired about, to run your batch, to issue your certificate, to raise your invoice, and to put your profile in front of hiring companies if you have asked for placement help. Nothing beyond that.

Who sees it

Our own counsellors and trainers, our payment gateway and bank, our hosting and email providers, and — only with your consent — the placement partners you agree to be referred to. We do not sell personal data and we do not rent contact lists to anybody.

How to get it deleted

Email admin@infonictraining.com from the address you gave us, or WhatsApp 97828-60519, and say you want your data erased. We remove it, except records we are legally obliged to keep such as fee invoices. The route is set out in how to exercise your rights.

This summary is not a substitute for the clauses. If the two ever read differently, the clauses below apply.

The policy itself

Fourteen Clauses, Opened One At A Time

This is the operative part of the policy. Tap any clause to open it. It is written to work with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 as they apply to a private training institute in India. If a clause does not apply to you — the CCTV clause, for instance, if you only ever study online — it simply does not apply.

01Who we are and what this policy covers

Infonic Training is the trading name of Infonic Consultancy Services Private Limited, CIN U72900RJ2012PTC039757, with its registered office at 48, Mahaveer Colony, Madanganj Kishangarh – 305801, Rajasthan and its training centre at 2nd Floor, Krishna Tower, Heera Nagar Mode, Ajmer Road, opposite Axis Bank, DCM, Jaipur 302021. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.

This policy covers the website www.infonictraining.com and every page on it, the enquiry and callback forms on those pages, our WhatsApp Business number, our phone lines and email addresses, and the records we keep at the Jaipur centre for enrolled students. It applies whether you are a visitor who never enquires, a prospective student who fills a form, an enrolled student, a parent or guardian who contacts us on a student’s behalf, or a company that works with our placement cell.

This policy does not cover other companies’ websites that we link to. Once you leave our site — to a college portal, a job board, a payment gateway or a social network — that organisation’s own privacy policy governs what happens to your data there.

02Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to run a training programme. In practice that falls into six buckets.

Enquiry and callback forms. When you submit a form on any course page, or on the contact page, we receive your name, mobile number, the course or track you selected, whether you described yourself as a student, job seeker, working professional or business owner, and anything you typed in a message box. Email address and city are collected where the form asks for them.

Admission and academic records. If you enrol, we collect your full name, date of birth, address, mobile number, email, parent or guardian contact where the student is young, your qualification and college or university details, a photograph and a copy of an identity document for verification, your batch and attendance record, your assignment submissions and assessment marks, and your fee and instalment history.

Website analytics and technical data. Our servers and analytics tools record your IP address in truncated form, approximate city, device type, browser and operating system, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and the site or advertisement that sent you to us. This is used in aggregate; we do not attempt to identify an individual visitor from it.

Cookies and similar technologies. Small files placed on your device to keep the site working and to measure how it is used. Clause 05 explains these in full.

CCTV at the campus. The Ajmer Road centre is under camera surveillance in the reception, corridors and lab areas for the safety of students, staff and equipment. Footage may capture your image and the times you entered and left. There is no camera in any washroom.

WhatsApp and phone conversations. When you message our WhatsApp Business number or call us, we retain the message thread, your WhatsApp display name and number, and counsellor notes of what you asked for. Calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes, and you will be told at the start of a recorded call.

We do not ask for and do not want caste, religion, political opinion, health records, biometrics, or bank account and card numbers. Card and UPI details are entered directly with the payment gateway and never reach our systems.

03How we use your information

Every use below is tied to a purpose you would recognise from your own dealings with us.

  • To call or message you back about the specific course you enquired about, to share the fee, the batch timing and the syllabus, and to book a demo class.
  • To register your admission, allot a batch, mark attendance, set and grade assignments, and issue your certificate, internship letter or diploma.
  • To raise invoices and receipts, process instalments and no-cost EMI, and meet our accounting and tax obligations.
  • To send service messages you would expect — class timing changes, a rescheduled batch, an exam date, a fee reminder, or a certificate ready for collection.
  • To share your profile and portfolio with hiring companies through our placement cell, where you have asked for that help and agreed to the referral.
  • To publish a review or a photograph of you, only after you have given separate written or WhatsApp consent for that specific use.
  • To understand which pages and which advertisements bring students to us, so that we spend our advertising budget sensibly. This is done on aggregated data.
  • To keep the centre and its equipment secure, and to investigate an incident if one occurs.
  • To answer a lawful demand from a court, a police authority or a regulator, and to defend or bring a legal claim.

We will not use your data for an entirely new purpose without telling you first and, where the law requires it, asking for your consent again.

04Legal basis and consent

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we process your personal data on two footings.

Your consent. When you fill an enquiry form, message us on WhatsApp, or tick a box asking for course updates, you are giving free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent for us to contact you about that request. Consent for marketing messages, for a testimonial, for a photograph, and for a placement referral is asked for separately — agreeing to one does not agree you to the others.

Legitimate uses and contract. Once you enrol, some processing does not depend on consent because it is necessary to deliver what you have paid for or because a law requires it: keeping attendance, grading your assessments, issuing a certificate, retaining an invoice for tax purposes, or responding to a legal demand.

Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it — a single line by email or on WhatsApp is enough, and no reason has to be given. Withdrawal takes effect going forward: it stops future contact and future processing that relied on consent, but it does not undo processing that was lawful before you withdrew, and it does not erase records we must keep by law. If withdrawing consent means we can no longer deliver part of a service — for example, a placement referral — we will tell you that plainly rather than quietly stop.

05Cookies and how the website measures itself

A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device so it can remember something between page loads. Our site uses three kinds.

Strictly necessary cookies. These make the site function — holding your form entries while you complete them, remembering your cookie choice, and protecting forms against automated spam. The site cannot work properly without these, so they are set without asking.

Analytics cookies. These count visits and tell us which pages are read and which are skipped. They are aggregated and are not used to build a personal profile of you.

Advertising cookies. These let us measure whether an advertisement led to an enquiry, and to show a reminder advertisement to someone who visited a course page and left. These are the ones people most often want switched off, and you can switch them off.

Every current browser lets you block cookies, delete the ones already stored, or open a private window that discards them when you close it. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all keep this under Settings and then Privacy. You can also use Google’s own opt-out add-on to stop Analytics measuring you across all sites. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not stop you using this website or enquiring about a course; blocking strictly necessary cookies may break the forms.

06Third-party tools we use on this website

We use a small, ordinary set of tools. Each one is named here along with what it does and who runs it, so that you can read that company’s policy if you want to.

Google Analytics (Google LLC / Google India) measures how many people visit, which course pages they read, and where they came from. It reports in aggregate.

Google Ads and its conversion tag tells us whether a paid search advertisement resulted in an enquiry, and supports remarketing lists. We see counts, not the identity of the person who clicked.

Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) does the same job for advertisements on Facebook and Instagram — measuring whether a campaign produced an enquiry, and building audiences for future campaigns.

WhatsApp Business (Meta Platforms) carries the chat when you tap a WhatsApp button on this site. Your number and your messages are handled inside WhatsApp under Meta’s own terms; we hold a copy of the conversation and the counsellor’s notes at our end.

Google Fonts and our content delivery network serve the typefaces and scripts that render this page, and see your IP address as a technical necessity of delivering those files.

Hosting, email and cloud storage providers hold the site and our mailboxes. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside India. Where that happens we rely on the provider’s contractual data-protection commitments and transfer data only to countries not restricted by the Central Government under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

07WhatsApp, calls and marketing messages

Most of our conversation with students happens on WhatsApp and on the phone, so it deserves its own clause.

When you tap a WhatsApp button on this site, a message is drafted for you naming the course you were reading. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Once you send it, we hold the thread, your WhatsApp number and display name, and our counsellor’s notes.

We use that number for two things: replying to your enquiry, and sending service messages once you are enrolled. Promotional broadcasts about new batches or offers go only to people who have not opted out. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, or say so on a call, and the number is removed from every promotional list within a working day. Service messages about a batch you are currently enrolled in will continue, because those are part of the course you paid for.

We do not add your number to a group without asking, we do not pass it to another institute, and we do not sell it to a lead-generation agency.

08CCTV at the Jaipur centre

The centre at Krishna Tower is covered by CCTV in the reception, the corridors, the classrooms and the lab areas. Signage at the entrance states this. There are no cameras in washrooms or in any changing area, and cameras do not record audio.

The purpose is narrow: the physical safety of students and staff, the security of laptops and lab equipment, and evidence if an incident or a dispute occurs. Footage is viewed only by authorised staff, and only when there is a reason to view it. It is not used to monitor how hard a student is working, it is not shared on social media, and it is not given to a parent or an employer on request.

Recordings are overwritten automatically on a rolling cycle in the ordinary course, and are retained beyond that only where a specific incident, insurance claim or lawful request requires it. Footage is disclosed outside the company only to the police or a court under lawful process.

09Sharing with placement partners, employers and payment processors

We do not sell personal data, we do not rent contact lists, and we do not share your details with another training institute.

We share data in only four situations.

Placement partners and hiring companies. If you have asked the placement cell for help, we send your resume, your portfolio and your contact details to companies that are hiring for the role you are targeting. This happens only for students who have opted into placement support, and only with the profile you approved. You can tell us to stop referring you at any time. To be straight about it: a referral is an introduction, not a guarantee — the interview is still yours to clear.

Payment processors and banks. Fee payments and no-cost EMI are handled by a regulated payment gateway and the lending bank. They receive the amount, your name, your mobile number and your email so that the transaction and the instalment schedule can be processed. Card numbers, UPI handles and net-banking credentials are entered on their systems, not ours, and we never see or store them.

Service providers acting for us. Hosting, email, cloud backup, accounting software and analytics vendors process data strictly on our instructions, under confidentiality terms, and may not use it for their own purposes.

Legal and regulatory demands. We disclose data where a court, a police authority, a tax authority or a regulator lawfully requires it, or where disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Where we are permitted to tell you about such a demand, we will.

If the business is ever restructured, merged or transferred, student records may move to the acquiring entity, which would be bound by this policy until it gives you notice of its own.

10How long we keep your data

The rule we work to is simple: we keep personal data only for as long as the purpose it was collected for still exists, and after that only for as long as a law obliges us to keep it.

  • Enquiries that did not become admissions are kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable follow-up period after it, then deleted — or deleted immediately if you ask.
  • Student academic records — enrolment, attendance, assessment and certificate details — are kept for as long as we may reasonably be asked to verify a certificate we issued.
  • Fee, invoice and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law and our accounting obligations, and cannot be deleted on request before that period ends.
  • CCTV footage is overwritten on a rolling cycle, and kept longer only where a specific incident or lawful request requires it.
  • WhatsApp threads and call notes follow the enquiry or the student record they belong to.
  • Website analytics data is retained in aggregated form and is not linked back to a named individual.

If you want to know exactly how long a particular record about you will be held, ask us and we will tell you the actual period that applies to it rather than a general answer.

11How we secure your data

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

The website is served over HTTPS, so what you type into a form is encrypted in transit. Access to student records is limited to the counsellors and administrative staff whose work requires it, each with an individual login rather than a shared password. Accounts are removed when a staff member leaves. Physical files and the CCTV recorder are kept in locked areas at the centre. Data is backed up so that a hardware failure does not destroy your records. Vendors who process data for us are bound by confidentiality terms.

An honest caveat, because it is true of every organisation: no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, only that we take it seriously and act quickly when something goes wrong.

If a personal data breach occurs that affects you, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and the affected individuals as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, describing what happened, what data was involved and what we are doing about it.

12Your rights over your data

As a data principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the following rights, and exercising any of them is free.

  • Access. A summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we are doing with it, and the categories of people we have shared it with.
  • Correction and completion. Correction of anything inaccurate — a misspelt name on a certificate, a wrong number, an outdated address — and completion of anything incomplete.
  • Erasure. Deletion of your data where we no longer need it for the purpose it was collected for and no law obliges us to keep it.
  • Withdrawal of consent. As easy to withdraw as it was to give, with no reason required, as set out in clause 04.
  • Grievance redressal. A route to complain to us first, described in the next section of this page.
  • Nomination. The right to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.
  • Escalation. If our answer does not satisfy you, the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Two duties sit on your side as well: give us information that is accurate and not misleading, and do not file a false or frivolous complaint. If we cannot act on part of a request — for instance, we cannot delete a tax invoice — we will say which part, and why.

13Children’s data and students under 18

Our courses are built for college students, graduates, job seekers and working people, and this website is not directed at children.

School students do sometimes join a short skill programme in their holidays. Where a student is under 18, we take verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian at the time of admission, and the parent or guardian is the person we deal with on fee matters and on any data request. The same applies to a student with a lawful guardian.

For a student under 18 we do not run behavioural tracking or targeted advertising, and we do not process their data in any way that is likely to cause a detrimental effect on their wellbeing. A photograph or a testimonial featuring a minor is used only with the parent’s specific written consent, and that consent can be withdrawn.

If you believe a child has given us personal data without a parent’s consent, write to us at admin@infonictraining.com and we will delete it.

14Changes to this policy

This policy will change from time to time — when we adopt a new tool, when a course adds a new kind of record, or when the law moves. Every change is published on this page and the “last updated” date at the top of the page is revised.

If a change materially affects how we use data we already hold about you — a genuinely new purpose, or a new category of recipient — we will tell you directly by email or WhatsApp before it takes effect, and where the law requires it we will ask for fresh consent rather than assume it.

Continuing to use this website or to attend a course after a change has been published means the revised policy applies to you. We suggest checking the date at the top of this page occasionally. Any question about a change can go to the same address as everything else on this page.

Something in these clauses unclear? Ask the counsellor on the contact page, or read the general admission and course FAQs.

Your data, your call

How To Actually Get Your Data Deleted Or Corrected

Rights that only exist on paper are worth nothing. This is the working route — one email address, one phone number, four steps, and a written answer. You do not need a lawyer, a format, or a reason.

The grievance route

Write to the Grievance Officer

Every privacy request — access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent or a complaint about how we handled your data — goes to the Grievance Officer of Infonic Consultancy Services Private Limited. Use the email address below and put Privacy request or Grievance at the start of the subject line so it is routed correctly instead of sitting in the admissions queue.

  1. 1Write from the address or number you gave us. That is the simplest way for us to know the request is really yours. If you cannot, we will ask one or two verification questions instead — we will never ask for a password or an OTP.
  2. 2Say plainly what you want. “Send me a copy of what you hold”, “correct my name on the certificate”, “delete my enquiry”, “stop all promotional messages”. One line is enough.
  3. 3You get a written acknowledgement. We confirm receipt in writing and tell you if anything else is needed from you.
  4. 4You get a written outcome within 30 days. Most requests are closed far sooner than that — a promotional opt-out is usually done the same working day. If any part of the request cannot be actioned, the reply says which part and why.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We would rather you gave us the chance to fix it first, but the right is yours.

FAQ

Privacy Questions Students And Parents Actually Ask

These come up at the counselling table, not in a legal seminar. Answered the same way we would answer them across the desk.

Will my mobile number be sold or given to other coaching institutes?

No. We do not sell personal data and we do not share your number with another institute or a lead-generation agency. It is used by our own counsellors to answer your enquiry, and later for service messages about your batch if you enrol.

I filled the enquiry form but did not join. How do I get my details deleted?

Email admin@infonictraining.com from the address you used, or WhatsApp 97828-60519, and say you want your enquiry deleted. We remove the record and confirm it in writing. Since you never enrolled, there is no invoice or academic record to hold back, so the deletion is complete.

How do I stop the promotional WhatsApp messages without losing batch updates?

Reply STOP on WhatsApp or tell the counsellor on a call, and your number comes off every promotional list within a working day. Service messages about the batch you are currently enrolled in continue, because those are part of the course you paid for.

Do you store my card, UPI or net-banking details when I pay the fee?

No. Card numbers, UPI handles and net-banking credentials are entered on the payment gateway or the bank's own system and never reach us. We see only the amount, the transaction reference and your name, which is what an invoice needs.

Who can watch the CCTV footage from the classroom, and can my parents ask for it?

Only authorised staff, and only when there is a specific reason such as a security incident. We do not hand footage to a parent, an employer or anyone else on request, and it is never posted on social media. Footage goes outside the company only to the police or a court under lawful process.

Will my resume be sent to companies without asking me first?

No. Your resume and portfolio go to a hiring company only if you have opted into placement support, and only in the version you approved. Tell the placement cell to stop referring you and the referrals stop, with no effect on your course or certificate.

Can you delete my fee invoice along with everything else?

Not straight away. Fee, invoice and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law and our accounting obligations, so they cannot be erased on request before that period ends. Everything else about you can be deleted, and the reply will tell you exactly what was kept and why.

How long will you take to answer a privacy request, and does it cost anything?

It is free. You get a written acknowledgement when the request arrives and a written outcome within 30 days. A simple opt-out is usually done the same working day. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Questions about courses rather than data? The general FAQ page covers fees, batches and certificates, and the student reviews page shows what past batches said.

One Address, One Number, A Real Person At The Other End

Anything about this policy — a correction, an erasure request, a complaint, or simply a question about what we hold — goes to the same place. You will get a written answer, not a form letter.
