6 Months IT Diploma Course in Jaipur

A lot of people spend years studying and still cannot find a good job. The reason is simple — they learned subjects, they never learned skills. Six months is enough time to fix that in one direction: one track taken to a working level, four to five real projects, a paid internship and a certificate. It is not enough time to master two tracks, and nobody here will pretend otherwise.

  • Job oriented IT diploma course, Jaipur
  • Paid internship arranged after the course
  • Offline, online and weekend batches
  • Placement support that continues after the last class

Who this is for

This 6 Months Diploma Course in Jaipur Is Only For You

Six months is a real block of time, so it should be the right six months for you. These are the six kinds of students who actually finish this programme at Infonic Training — and if you do not see yourself here, the counsellor will say so instead of selling you a seat.

Swipe to see all

Fresh Graduates

12th pass or a college passout who has finished studying and still has no clear direction? Six months gives you one job-ready skill and actual portfolio work instead of only a marksheet. If you are still deciding, read the full list of job oriented courses in Jaipur first.

Job Seekers Who Are Not Getting Hired

Applied to many places and heard nothing back? The problem is usually the resume having nothing an employer can open. This diploma trains you in the specific skills Jaipur companies are hiring for, and the placement team shares your profile once you have work to show.

Homemakers Who Want To Earn From Home

Staying at home does not mean you cannot have an income. Batch timings are arranged around a daily routine, and the freelancing training module covers how remote work is actually found, quoted and delivered.

Working Professionals Who Feel Stuck

Already working, but the salary and the growth have both stopped? A six-month skill diploma added to your profile opens roles you cannot apply for today. Weekend and evening batches exist for exactly this — one student here completed the whole thing while working full time.

Freelancers Who Want To Earn More

Doing a bit of freelance work already but want bigger clients and better rates? Six months of depth in one track plus a real portfolio is what moves you from ₹3,000 jobs to retainer work.

Small Business Owners Who Want To Cut Costs

Paying an agency every month for the website, the ads or the content? Learn to run it in-house. Many owners pair this diploma with the business growth course and stop the monthly bill entirely.

AI is taught inside the track, not beside it

AI writes the first draft. It does not do your six months.

ChatGPT and Gemini are used on real assignments here from month one, because that is how working professionals in Jaipur already use them. But an AI tool cannot sit in your interview, cannot own a client deadline, and cannot tell you which of the four tracks matches how you think. That is what six months of supervised practice, live projects and a paid internship are for. AI is a tool inside the syllabus here — it is never sold as a shortcut past the work.

What you'll master

The Skills You Leave With After Six Months

Three of these run through all six months whichever track you pick — computer fundamentals, IT productivity and communication. The rest belong to your specialisation. This common spine is the part most institutes skip, and it is why their students can use a tool but cannot write an email or clear an interview.

Swipe to see all

Computer Fundamentals

  • How a computer, an operating system and a network actually work
  • Files, folders, drives, backups and safe browsing
  • Typing speed and the shortcuts that save an hour a day
  • Email, Google Drive and account security done properly

IT Productivity And Office Work

  • Advanced MS Excel — formulas, filters, pivot tables, charts
  • Word, PowerPoint and Google Workspace for real office output
  • Reports and decks a manager will accept without redoing
  • Built from the IT productivity course syllabus

Communication And Spoken English

  • Everyday spoken English drilled every week, not once a term
  • Telephone and client conversation practice in pairs
  • Email and message writing for a working office
  • Interview speaking — see the communication course

One Track, Taken Deep

  • Web and WordPress, Python and data, marketing, or design and media
  • Three full months inside the one track you choose
  • Track switch allowed in the first two weeks after counselling
  • Every track also exists as a standalone technical course

Live Projects With A Deadline

  • Client-style briefs, reviewed and rebuilt after feedback
  • Four to five deliverables inside your own track
  • Work hosted on a live link, not saved in a folder
  • A final project defended in front of the batch

A Paid Internship

  • Real ongoing company projects, not dummy tasks
  • Two routes — our own IT company and partner companies
  • A proper stipend for the time you put in
  • Office or remote, depending on the internship and your profile

Placement Preparation

  • Resume rewritten until it produces interview calls
  • LinkedIn, GitHub or portfolio profile set up properly
  • Mock interviews with feedback, repeated until you are steady
  • Profile shared with hiring companies across Jaipur

AI Tools In Daily Work

  • ChatGPT and Gemini used inside real assignments
  • Track-specific AI — Canva AI, SEO tools, coding assistants
  • Checking and correcting what the tool produced
  • Deeper work in the AI agent course

Month By Month: What Six Months Actually Covers

Subjects are arranged in a clear sequence, not all at once. Month one is the common foundation everybody does. Months two to four are your specialisation, taken deep enough to work with. Months five and six are live projects, freelancing, the internship and placement preparation. Six months is enough to become genuinely employable in one track — it is not enough to master two, so you choose one and go properly into it.

Month 1 · Foundation

The Common Foundation Nobody Should Skip

Everyone starts here whatever track they eventually pick — computer fundamentals, Excel and office work, spoken English and AI tools, finishing with the assessment that decides your specialisation. Students who already know part of this are moved ahead instead of sitting through beginner content.

Swipe to see all

Month 1 · Common

Computer Fundamentals And Digital Basics

Nothing is assumed. Even students who have used a computer for years are missing the basics that make everything after this faster.

  • How a computer, an operating system and a network actually work
  • Files, folders, drives, backups and safe browsing habits
  • Typing speed drills and the shortcuts that save an hour a day
  • Email, Google Drive and account security done properly
  • Installing, updating and troubleshooting the software you will use
  • How the internet, domains and hosting fit together
Month 1 · Common

IT Productivity — Excel, Word, PowerPoint

The office skills every single role in the job list expects, and the ones freshers are quietly rejected for not having.

  • Excel formulas, sorting, filters and conditional formatting
  • Pivot tables, charts and a clean monthly report
  • Word documents, formatting and business letters
  • PowerPoint decks a manager will actually present
  • Google Sheets, Docs and Forms for shared work
  • Covered in depth in the IT productivity course
Months 1–6 · Common

Communication And Spoken English

Two sessions a week for all six months, starting in week one. Most Jaipur students lose interviews here, not on technical skill.

  • Simple correct sentences, said out loud, without hesitation
  • The grammar errors Indian English speakers repeat most
  • Pronunciation and pace so you are understood the first time
  • Introducing yourself and your project in two minutes
  • Telephone and client conversation practice in pairs
  • Full syllabus on the communication mastery course page
Month 1 · Common

AI Tools For Business And Productivity

Part tool training, part honest career mapping — because you should know what each track does all day before you pick one.

  • Using ChatGPT and Gemini for daily work, and where they fail
  • Automating repetitive tasks with AI tools
  • AI applications in content, design and marketing
  • Choosing the right tool for a specific business need
  • What a developer, analyst, marketer and designer do daily
  • What each role pays in Jaipur at zero, two and five years
Month 1 · Assessment

Track Selection And Base Skills

The end of month one is where you commit. An assessment plus a counselling session decides which of the four tracks you enter.

  • Aptitude and interest assessment, reviewed one to one
  • Trial sessions in at least two tracks before you choose
  • Level check so you never sit through content you already know
  • A written learning plan for the remaining five months
  • Base skills of your chosen track taught in the final week
  • Switching allowed inside the first two weeks after counselling

Months 2–4 · Specialisation

Pick One Of Four Tracks And Go Deep

From month two, most of your classroom hours belong to one track. The common spine does not stop — spoken English and Excel practice carry on every week — but the depth now goes in one direction. Three months in one subject is what makes a fresher hireable; three weeks each across four subjects is what makes a resume look confused.

Swipe to see all

Months 2–4 · Track 1

Web Development — HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Written by hand from the first class. A framework never fixes a shaky foundation, so the foundation comes first.

  • HTML and CSS — building pages from scratch
  • JavaScript — adding action and interactivity
  • Responsive design for mobile and desktop
  • Deploying a live website end to end
  • Forms, navigation and page structure that make sense
  • Track detail on the web development course page
Months 2–4 · Track 1

PHP And WordPress Development

The paid work in Jaipur that a fresher can realistically win in month seven is mostly WordPress. So it is taught properly, not as an afterthought.

  • PHP basics and how a backend actually works
  • Setting up and customising WordPress sites
  • Plugins, themes and site speed optimisation
  • Building client-ready WordPress projects
  • WooCommerce and Shopify store basics
  • Full syllabus on the PHP and WordPress course page
Months 2–4 · Track 1

Website Designing And Responsive Design

Design principles plus Figma, so what you build looks professional rather than homemade on every screen size.

  • Design principles — layout, spacing and colours
  • Wireframing and planning a website structure
  • Designing with Figma from concept to final
  • Creating designs that convert visitors into leads
  • Mobile-first methodology and CSS for multiple screens
  • Device testing, layout troubleshooting and page speed
Months 2–4 · Track 2

Python Programming

Read a problem, write a script, run it. Python is where students who thought they could not code usually change their mind.

  • Python basics — syntax, variables and logic
  • Functions, loops and data handling
  • Working with libraries like NumPy and Pandas
  • Writing scripts for real tasks and automation
  • Reading and fixing errors without panicking
  • Track detail on the Python course page
Months 2–4 · Track 2

Data Analysis And Visualisation

Read data, clean it, and say something true about it. Charts come after the thinking, not instead of it.

  • Collecting, cleaning and organising messy data
  • Reading data patterns and drawing insights
  • Creating charts, graphs and dashboards
  • Presenting data in a way anyone can understand
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI alongside Python
  • Track detail on the data analysis course page
Months 2–4 · Track 2

AI And Machine Learning Basics

An honest introduction. Six months makes you useful with AI tools and comfortable with basic models — it does not make you a machine learning engineer.

  • What AI is and how it actually works
  • Types of machine learning explained simply
  • Building basic ML models step by step
  • Real-world AI use cases and small projects
  • Where the tool is wrong and how you would know
  • Deeper study in the AI and ML course
Months 2–4 · Track 3

Digital Marketing — Full Funnel

One live account, one small budget, and numbers you can read. Nothing in this module stays theory.

  • Understanding the full digital marketing funnel
  • Running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Email marketing and lead nurturing basics
  • Tracking results and improving performance
  • Google Analytics and Search Console set up properly
  • Track detail on the digital marketing course page
Months 2–4 · Track 3

SEO And Blogging

The slowest channel to show results and the cheapest to run, which is why every agency in Jaipur hires for it.

  • How search engine ranking actually works
  • On-page and off-page optimisation techniques
  • Blog post writing and search optimisation
  • Building blog content that brings traffic
  • Ahrefs and SEMrush used on a real site
  • Full syllabus on the SEO training page
Months 2–4 · Track 3

Content Writing For Web And Social Media

Writing that gets read and ranks. This is the module that turns a marketing student into someone an agency can bill for.

  • Writing for websites, blogs and landing pages
  • Social media content — formats and tone
  • SEO writing — keywords without sounding robotic
  • Building a content portfolio from scratch
  • Editing your own draft down to something sharp
  • Full syllabus on the content writing course page
Months 2–4 · Track 4

Video Editing

Reels, YouTube and ad cuts. The one skill on this page where a fresher with a good showreel is hired without being asked about a degree.

  • Importing, cutting and arranging footage
  • Adding transitions, text and audio properly
  • Colour correction and visual effects basics
  • Exporting for YouTube, Reels and paid ads
  • Premiere Pro, CapCut and DaVinci Resolve
  • Track detail on the video editing course page
Months 2–4 · Track 4

Graphic Design For Social Media

Design rules first, software second — so the work looks professional even when the brief is vague.

  • Design basics — fonts, colours and balance
  • Creating posts, banners and story graphics
  • Using Canva and Adobe tools efficiently
  • Designing a full brand identity from scratch
  • Delivering files a client and a printer can both use
  • Track detail on the graphic design course page
Months 2–4 · Track 4

Sales And Telecalling

Every track has students who end up selling what they build. This module makes that a choice rather than an accident.

  • Understanding the sales process step by step
  • How to handle objections on a call
  • Scripts, tone and confidence on the phone
  • Converting leads into paying customers
  • CRM basics and following up without irritating people
  • Full syllabus on the sales and telecalling course page

Months 5–6 · Projects and placement

Real Work, The Internship And The Job Hunt

The last two months are where the diploma stops being a course. You build client-style projects to a deadline, set up a freelance profile and a portfolio, and move into the paid internship while the placement team starts sharing your resume.

Swipe to see all

Months 5–6 · Common

Live Client Projects

The real work. Written brief, fixed deadline, review, rebuild — the way a job runs, before you are in one.

  • Four to five deliverables inside your own track
  • Work rebuilt after feedback instead of marked and forgotten
  • Projects from our own IT company, not invented exercises
  • Everything hosted on a live link or a public profile
  • A one-page write-up of the brief and your decisions
  • Regular assignments after every topic, reviewed by your trainer
Months 5–6 · Common

Freelancing — Setup, Clients And Growth

How the first paying client is actually found, quoted and kept. Several students have two clients before the diploma ends.

  • Freelance platform profiles that get shortlisted
  • Proposal writing and client acquisition
  • Pricing your work without underselling it
  • Client management, revisions and payment handling
  • Scaling from one-off jobs to steady retainers
  • Full syllabus on the freelancing training page
Months 5–6 · Common

Personal Branding And Portfolio Building

A portfolio a recruiter can open in ten seconds, and a LinkedIn profile that says what you actually do.

  • Personal branding — what it is and why it decides calls
  • Building a portfolio around your best three pieces
  • LinkedIn profile and online presence set up properly
  • Recruiter and client visibility tactics that work
  • GitHub or Behance profile depending on your track
  • More detail on the personal branding course page
Months 5–6 · Placement

Internship, Resume And Interview Preparation

Matching for the internship starts while you are still in class, which is why most students do not wait long after finishing.

  • Paid internship through our own IT company or a partner firm
  • Resume rewritten until it produces interview calls
  • Mock interviews recorded, watched back and repeated
  • Profile shared with hiring companies across Jaipur
  • Industry visits to real companies during the programme
  • Final practical assessment and the diploma certificate

One honest caveat about the sequence. The diploma is designed as a complete package because the subjects connect — but if you only want a single subject from the list, say so at counselling and take that standalone course instead. Paying six months of fees for one module is not a good deal, and we will tell you that rather than take the money. If you have twelve months to give, the 1 year diploma course takes the same tracks considerably further.

What you walk out with

Six Things You Hold On The Last Day

Six months and a fee deserve a straight answer about what exists at the end. Not a feeling of having learnt something — these six things, in your hands, with links and letters attached.

Swipe to see all

Deliverable 01

A Portfolio With Live Links

Four to five projects inside your track, live on real hosting or a public profile, each with a short write-up of the brief and what you decided. Nobody is hired for a certificate. They are hired for links they can click.

Live links · GitHub · Behance

Deliverable 02

A Completed Paid Internship

Real work, real money and a real company name on your resume. The internship comes through our own IT company or a partner firm, with a stipend and a completion letter naming the projects you worked on. Read how the paid internship runs.

Real projects · Stipend · Letter

Deliverable 03

The 6 Month IT Diploma Certificate

Awarded after the final practical assessment. Our alumni are working in companies across several cities — outside Jaipur it is the skills and the portfolio that carry the weight, and the certificate that confirms where they came from.

Certificate · Final assessment

Deliverable 04

An Interview-Ready Resume

A resume rewritten until it produces calls, a LinkedIn profile that matches it, and recorded mock interviews you have already watched back. The placement cell keeps sharing it with hiring companies after your last class.

Resume · LinkedIn · Mock rounds

Deliverable 05

A Final Project You Can Defend

One substantial project built alone under a written brief and defended in front of your trainers — the piece an interviewer will spend most of the interview asking about.

Brief · Build · Defence

Deliverable 06

A Working Freelance Profile

Optional, but common. Students who take the freelancing and personal branding modules seriously often have their first paying clients before the six months are over.

Profile · Proposal · First client

Want to compare before you commit? The 1 year diploma course adds a second half-year of advanced work and a longer internship, and the shorter single-skill options are all listed under job oriented courses in Jaipur.

Why students choose us

Here Is Exactly What You Get When You Join Our Institute

Fifteen-plus years of running an institute in Jaipur teaches you which promises matter. These six are the ones students name when they are asked afterwards what actually made the difference.

One To One Coaching For Every Student

Group classes leave people behind. Alongside the batch, every student gets personal mentor time — if something is going over your head, your mentor catches it quickly and covers it separately at a pace that works for you.

Paid Internship Arranged After Course

Real work, real money, and a real company name on your resume. Internships come through two routes — our own IT company and a network of partner firms — and matching starts while you are still in training. The internship programme is part of the fee, not an upsell.

Our Own Running IT Company

Infonic is not only a coaching centre. We run an IT company alongside the institute, which is where the live projects, the current syllabus and a good share of the internships come from.

100% Placement Support

Your course does not end on the last day of class. The placement team shares your profile with hiring companies, arranges interview calls and keeps reworking your resume. Support does not end when the course does.

Regular Assignments After Every Topic

Every topic closes with an assignment reviewed by your trainer with real feedback — what was good, what needs work, and why. That loop is what separates practical training from a lecture series.

Industry Visits To Real Companies

Seeing how a working office actually operates changes how you prepare for it. We arrange visits so you have stood inside a real company before you walk into an interview at one. The same six things run across our technical and non-technical programmes.

Meet your mentor

One Mentor Who Owns Your Six Months

Program head of the 6 months IT diploma course at Infonic Training, Jaipur

Ankit Sharma

Program Head, 6 Month IT Diploma · 15+ years

A six-month programme falls apart when four trainers each teach a piece and nobody tracks the student. Here one mentor is assigned to you for the whole duration — they run your track selection, review your projects, take the one-to-one sessions, and know by month two whether you are behind and on exactly what.

Specialist trainers still teach their own subjects, and every one of them works on client projects through our own IT company. Ask any of them in the demo class what a track really leads to in the Jaipur market. If a track will not suit you, they will say so before you pay.

Doors That Open For You After Completing This Diploma

The skills built in this six-month IT diploma match what recruiters in Jaipur are actively searching for. These are not just job titles — they are positions being filled in the city right now. Which of them opens depends entirely on the track you chose, so the table below is split by track rather than averaged into one meaningless number.

Python developer or AI tools specialist — Python, data and AI track ₹15,000 – ₹26,000 ₹40,000 – ₹65,000, the highest ceiling of the four
Digital marketing executive or SEO analyst — marketing and content track ₹13,000 – ₹22,000 ₹28,000 – ₹50,000, plus agency incentives

Freelance work alongside a job, any track ₹3,000 – ₹12,000 per project ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 a month with steady clients

Read those as ranges, not as offers. Across all our programmes freshers in Jaipur typically start between ₹1.8 LPA and ₹3.5 LPA depending on the role, and ₹6 LPA and above is common after two to three years of proven work. A six-month diploma starts you slightly below where a twelve-month one does, because you have three months of track depth instead of nine — that gap closes fast once you are working. Anyone promising a guaranteed package to a fresher is not being straight with you.

The honest reading of that table: if you already have a job and want one more skill, take a three-month course from the technical courses or non-technical courses list and be done in a quarter. If you have a full year free and are starting from zero, the 1 year diploma course will take you further than this one. This six-month diploma is for the case in between, which is most people who land on this page — you need to be employable within the year, you can give six months to it, and you are willing to go deep in one track rather than sample four. Every option is listed side by side under job oriented courses in Jaipur.

FAQ

6 Months IT Diploma Course FAQs

Serious students think hard before giving six months to any institute. These are the questions people actually ask at the counselling table, answered the way the counsellor answers them.

Do I have to complete the full diploma, or can I focus on just one subject?

The diploma is designed as a complete package because the subjects connect with each other — a web developer who can also write copy and read analytics is worth more than one who cannot. That said, if you genuinely only want one subject, paying six months of fees for it is a bad deal and we will say so. Tell the counsellor what your goal is and they will tell you honestly whether the full diploma or a single short course is the right path.

How is the course structured across the six months?

Subjects are arranged in a clear sequence, not all at once. Month one is the common foundation — computer fundamentals, Excel and office work, spoken English and AI tools — and it ends with the assessment that decides your track. Months two to four are your specialisation. Months five and six are live client projects, freelancing, portfolio building, the internship and placement preparation. Each phase builds on the one before it, which is what keeps retention high and confusion low.

What if the teaching pace does not match my learning speed?

Batch classes are backed by one-to-one coaching for every student. If something is going over your head, your mentor catches it quickly and covers it separately with you at a pace that works. Students who are ahead get extra tasks and harder challenges instead of sitting idle, so nobody is bored and nobody is lost.

How is the paid internship arranged, and how long does it take after the course?

Internships come through two routes — our own IT company and a network of partner companies. Matching begins during your final months of training rather than after you finish, which is why most students do not wait long once the diploma is complete. It is real work on ongoing projects with a proper stipend, and it can be in office or remote depending on the company and your profile.

Will I have to repeat topics I already know?

No. Trainers assess your existing level in week one. Topics where you already have a solid foundation are covered at a faster pace and the time is redirected to areas that are actually new for you. This matters most for working professionals who already handle Excel or basic design and do not need to sit through it again.

What happens if I miss classes because of work or something at home?

Recorded sessions and written notes are available for every class, and your mentor can cover the missed material in a one-to-one session. Nothing you miss turns into a permanent gap. Weekend and evening batches exist for exactly this reason — one student here finished the whole diploma on the weekend batch while working full time.

Is any support available after the course ends?

Yes. Support does not end when the course does. You can reach out to your mentor when a project at work gets difficult, and there is an active community of past students who help each other with leads and problems. The placement team also keeps sharing your profile after your last class rather than stopping on a fixed date.

Will companies outside Jaipur recognise the Infonic certificate?

Infonic Training has been running for 15+ years and our alumni are working in companies across multiple cities. Outside Jaipur what an employer actually judges is the skill and the portfolio — the certificate confirms where you trained and the live project links prove what you can do. Bring both to the interview.

What is the 6 months IT diploma course fee in Jaipur, and is EMI available?

The full six-month diploma with the internship and placement support is ₹38,000. A track-only option without the internship is ₹28,000, and the same full diploma can be paid term-wise at ₹19,000 per term across two terms. No-cost EMI is available on any programme above ₹15,000, and there is no separate exam fee, certificate fee or material charge.

Should I do this, a 3-month course, or the 1 year diploma?

It depends on what you already have. A three-month course suits someone who already has a job and wants one more skill added to it. The one year diploma suits someone starting from zero with a full year free, because nine months in one track goes much deeper than three. This six-month diploma is the middle case — enough time to become genuinely employable in one track with a portfolio and an internship, and not enough time to master two. If someone tells you six months will make you an expert in both development and marketing, they are selling, not advising.
