BCA & MCA Internship in Jaipur

A BCA or MCA degree gives you the foundation — but companies hire people who have actually built something. This internship bridges that exact gap. You pick your IT domain, get assigned a technical mentor, and start working on real software or web projects from your very first week.

  • IT projects built for a BCA and MCA academic background
  • Training certificate valid for university submission
  • Domain mentors with active software industry experience
  • 2000+ IT students successfully trained since 2012

    Who this is for

Built For BCA And MCA Students Who Have Marks But No Projects

Most students who walk into Infonic Training in the last semester say the same sentence: the submission date is close and there is nothing built yet. That is the situation this programme is designed around.

    Swipe to see all

BCA Students In The 5th Or 6th Semester

Your university asks for industrial training or a mini project with a report. This is that, done properly — a working project, a training letter and an attendance record, all listed on the internship programmes page.

    MCA Final Year Students

Your final semester carries a major project with a synopsis, a viva and a bound report. Align the internship project with that topic and finish both at once instead of doing them twice.

    Final-Year Students Facing Placements

The panic is always the same: good marks, zero projects, and an interviewer asking “what have you built?” Four weeks of real work changes that answer completely.

Students With Theory But No Real Code

You know what a loop is and you have never debugged anything at 11 pm. Here you will — and your mentor will sit with the error instead of sending you a video link.

BCA Students Who Also Want A Second Domain

Do the software track now and add design or marketing later. Many students pair this with the computer science internship or a job oriented course.

    Students Outside Jaipur

Ajmer, Sikar, Kota, Alwar, Jodhpur — the online track runs live, project tasks go on the portal, and your code goes to GitHub the same way.

Students Using The Summer Or Winter Break

If your break is the only free window, the same structure runs as summer internship in Jaipur and winter industrial training.

B.Tech CSE And IT Students Too

The project tracks overlap heavily. If your department wants a training file in RTU format, start at B.Tech industrial training in Jaipur instead.

Students Who Want A Portfolio, Not A Certificate

A certificate proves attendance. A GitHub profile with committed projects proves ability — and that is what an interviewer opens first.

    AI-assisted, not AI-submitted

ChatGPT can write your project. It cannot answer your external examiner.

Every batch has two or three students who arrive with a downloaded project and a report generated in one prompt. The viva ends the same way each time — which table stores the login, why did you index that column, what failed in testing. Interns here use GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT the way a working developer does: to move faster through code they can still read, defend and rewrite line by line.

    Pick one IT domain

Twelve IT Domains — You Intern In One Of Them

You do not sample all twelve. You lock one domain in week one and build inside it for the whole internship, because a finished project in one stack is worth more at an interview than a surface tour of four. The counsellor will point you at the technical course behind whichever track you choose.

    Week by week

The Schedule, Week By Week, For Each Track

Four durations, four different plans — not one plan cut short. Open the track that matches what your college asked for. Every track ends the same way: a finished project, a report, a mock viva and a certificate.

    01Module 1 — 4 WeeksCertificate format for a quick university requirement · ₹9,000▾

The short track. Built for a BCA student whose department asks for a four-week industrial training file and a certificate before the semester closes. One project, finished.

    • Week 01Domain lock-in, level check, environment and Git setup. Your college’s format sheet is read and the submission date is written on the plan.
    • Week 02Core tool and language training in your domain, with small daily tasks that are reviewed and corrected the same day.
    • Week 03Project brief handed out. Scope, module list, flow diagram and database sketch signed off, then the build starts and the first commits go to GitHub.
    • Week 04Finish, test, fix. Report and synopsis written in university format, mock viva with the mentor, attendance record and certificate issued.
    02Module 2 — 6 WeeksStandard IT internship with balanced learning · ₹12,500▾

The one most BCA students take. Two extra weeks means the training does not have to be rushed and the project gets a second feature set instead of a single screen.

    • Week 01Orientation, skill assessment, domain lock-in and full development environment set up on your own laptop.
    • Week 02Language and framework fundamentals with daily assignments. Every submission comes back with written corrections.
    • Week 03Guided practice work — the week where mistakes are supposed to happen, so they do not happen inside the main project.
    • Week 04Live project brief, scope document, module breakdown, database design and the mentor sign-off before any file is created.
    • Week 05Core build week. Screens, backend logic and database wired together, with two mid-week code reviews, not one at the end.
    • Week 06Testing, bug fixing, deployment, university-format report, synopsis, mock viva, assessment and certificate.
    03Module 3 — 2 MonthsProject-heavy program with deeper portfolio building · ₹15,000▾

Eight weeks, and the difference shows in the portfolio. Two projects instead of one, proper version control discipline, and time to rebuild the weak part after review.

    • Weeks 01–02Assessment, domain lock-in, tooling and the fundamentals of your stack taught hands-on.
    • Week 03Practice assignments plus a small warm-up project committed to GitHub end to end.
    • Week 04Main project brief, requirement analysis, ER diagram or wireframes, and a written plan approved by the mentor.
    • Weeks 05–06Full build. Front end, back end, database, authentication and the features that make the project worth demoing.
    • Week 07Testing round, bug log, performance fixes and deployment. Whatever broke is written down, because the report needs real bugs.
    • Week 08Report, synopsis, GitHub README, portfolio write-up, mock viva, final assessment and certificate with performance grade.
    04Module 4 — 6 MonthsMCA final year equivalent deep dive program · ₹24,000▾

The MCA final-year track. Six months is long enough to align the internship with your major project, so the same work satisfies the university and fills the resume.

    • Month 01Foundations, tooling, Git workflow and two guided mini projects. Your final-year project topic is discussed and locked with the mentor.
    • Month 02Advanced concepts in your stack, plus the synopsis for the major project drafted and submitted to your college for approval.
    • Month 03Major project build begins — architecture, database schema, core modules, daily code review.
    • Month 04Feature completion, integration, third-party APIs where the project needs them, and the first internal demo.
    • Month 05Testing, refactoring after review, deployment to a live server, and the full university-format report written chapter by chapter.
    • Month 06Viva preparation, presentation practice, resume and GitHub portfolio finishing, placement cell handover and the final certificate.

Not sure which one your syllabus needs? Bring the department circular to the counselling meeting. If a four-week file is all that is required, we will say so instead of selling you six months.

    What you walk out with

Eight Things You Carry Out Of This Internship

Two audiences have to be satisfied — your university and your first interviewer. The list below covers both, which is why the paperwork and the portfolio are built in parallel rather than one after the other.

    Deliverable 01

    A Working Live Project

Not a downloaded folder with someone else’s name in the comments. A website, app, dashboard or software module that actually runs, built by you and reviewed line by line.

    Deployed · Reviewed

    Deliverable 02

Source Code On Your Own GitHub

Your full code base, committed properly through the internship — branches, commit messages, a README. Employers open this profile before they open your resume.

    GitHub portfolio

    Deliverable 03

    University-Format Project Report

Certificate page, acknowledgement, objective, system requirements, ER diagram, screenshots, testing, conclusion and references, in the structure your university accepts.

    Print-ready

    Deliverable 04

    Project Synopsis

The two-to-four page summary most departments want approved before the full report. Written with your mentor so both documents describe the same project.

    Submission-ready

    Deliverable 05

    Training Letter On Company Letterhead

A proper training letter on Infonic Consultancy Services letterhead stating your domain and your dates — the document your department files.

    Official letterhead

    Deliverable 06

    Completion Certificate

The certificate names your domain, your duration and your performance grade, not just your name and a date. Valid for university submission.

    Valid for submission

    Deliverable 07

    Attendance Record

A signed attendance sheet covering the whole internship, because most colleges ask for it alongside the letter and will not accept the report without it.

    Signed & stamped

    Deliverable 08

A Portfolio And Resume You Can Send

We write the project up as a portfolio entry with screenshots and a one-line result, then get it onto your resume and LinkedIn before you leave.

    Resume & LinkedIn

High performers also get a job referral to our placement partner companies. If you want the longer route after this, the 6 month IT diploma and the job oriented courses in Jaipur pick up from where the internship ends.

    Duration & fees

BCA And MCA Internship Duration And Fees in Jaipur

One straight answer before the numbers: this is a paid program and students pay the fee. Infonic Training is a training academy, not a hiring company, so there is no stipend. What the fee buys is printed on every card.

    Compare before you pay

Infonic vs. Other BCA / MCA Internship Centres in Jaipur

Plenty of places in Jaipur will hand a BCA student a certificate and a zip file. These are the six things worth checking before you pay anyone.

What to check Typical internship centres Infonic Training
Who the project is designed for A generic project everyone in the batch submits A track designed for a BCA and MCA academic background
Who checks your code Nobody, until the last day Your mentor reviews and corrects your code every session
Where the code lives A pen drive handed over at the end Your own GitHub profile with real commit history
University paperwork Certificate only Training letter, certificate and attendance sheet, plus college forms filled and signed
MCA final year project Treated as separate work Internship project aligned with your final year topic
After the internship The relationship ends at the certificate Resume help, mock technical interviews and referrals for top performers

    Tools you’ll use

Software BCA And MCA Interns Actually Work In

You will not touch all of these — you use the stack your domain needs. Git and GitHub are the exception: every intern, in every domain, commits work there from the first week. Tool and lab access is included in the fee.

    Why students choose us

Anyone Can Sell A Certificate. Fewer Will Read Your Code.

Jaipur has no shortage of internship centres. Students keep choosing this one because the fee turns into reviewed code, a submitted project and a portfolio link. The same approach runs across every one of our internship programmes in Jaipur, and the student reviews say it more plainly than we can.

    Swipe to see all

    IT-Specific Project Tracks

Every domain has a project path designed specifically for a BCA and MCA academic background, not a generic corporate training module reused for all streams.

Code Review By Your Mentor, Daily

Your mentor goes through your code, gives corrections and explains the improvement in every session. Not a tick mark at the end of the month.

    GitHub Portfolio Setup

You leave with a real GitHub profile holding committed projects. Employers check this first, and an empty profile answers the question before you do.

    University Submission Ready

Internship letter, certificate and attendance sheet in the formats most universities accept. Bring your college’s own form and we fill it — we do it regularly.

    MCA Final Year Project Help

MCA students can align the internship work with their final year project requirement, so one piece of work satisfies both the university and the resume.

    Job Referral For Top Students

High performers get direct referrals to our placement partner companies after training. An honest caveat: this works for students who finish the work, and the interview is still yours to clear.

    Meet your mentor

Ankit still ships client work alongside mentoring, so the brief you get in week four reads the way a real one reads — incomplete in places, with a deadline attached. He pulls up your repository in the session and goes through the commits with you.

Bring your university’s report format and your project topic, if your college has already assigned one. He will tell you within ten minutes whether a 4-week file will satisfy your department or whether you actually need the six-month MCA track.

    Semester requirement & jobs

Which Semester Requirement This Satisfies — And What You Can Apply For After

Most BCA programmes ask for industrial training or a mini project between the 4th and 6th semester, and most MCA programmes ask for a major project with a synopsis, a bound report and a viva in the final semester. This internship is built to satisfy exactly those, with the training letter, the certificate and the attendance sheet issued together. Bring your department’s circular — if the format differs, we adjust the paperwork rather than argue about it.

Two honest notes. First, these are Jaipur market ranges for freshers who can show working code — a degree with no project usually lands at the bottom of the band or nowhere. Anyone promising a guaranteed package to a fresher is not being straight with you. Second, we say the letter and certificate are accepted by most universities, not all: a few departments insist the training happen inside a registered software company. Show us your circular before you pay. The internship hub and the job oriented courses list the alternatives if this one does not fit.

    FAQ

    BCA And MCA Internship FAQs

The same ten questions come up at the counselling table every semester. Here they are, answered straight.

My college requires a specific format for internship documents — can Infonic provide that?▾

We provide a training letter on company letterhead, a completion certificate and an attendance record. If your college has a specific form to be filled and signed, bring it along — we fill those regularly for students.

Can I do my MCA final year project alongside this internship, or is it separate?▾

MCA students often align their internship project with their final year project topic. Discuss this with your mentor during enrollment — we have helped many MCA students do both simultaneously.

I have basic programming knowledge but no real project experience — will I still manage?▾

Most BCA and MCA students who join are in the same position. We assess your current level and start from exactly where you are — no one is left behind because of a knowledge gap.

Which domain is best for a BCA student targeting a software development job?▾

Web Development, Python, MERN Stack and PHP with WordPress are the most job-relevant for software roles. Your counselor will recommend one based on your interest, your current skills and the type of companies you want to target.

How is this internship different from the college lab sessions I already attend?▾

College labs follow a syllabus — here you follow a project. You will build something that works end to end, face real bugs, solve them and submit a finished product, not just run code exercises.

Can I do this internship during my semester or only during vacation?▾

Both are possible. Many BCA students join during evening hours on weekdays. The schedule is flexible enough to not clash with your college timetable if you plan it with your counselor in advance.

Do you provide any guidance for MCA or BCA placement interviews after the internship?▾

Yes. Our placement support cell helps you with resume building and mock technical interviews, and connects you with hiring partners. This is available to all students who complete the internship program.

If I am not satisfied after the first week, can I switch to a different IT domain?▾

Within the first week a domain change is possible after discussing it with your mentor and counselor. After that, the project timeline makes switching difficult — so choose carefully during enrollment.

What is the BCA and MCA internship fee in Jaipur, and is EMI available?▾

The 4-week track is ₹9,000, the 6-week track ₹12,500, the 2-month track ₹15,000 and the 6-month MCA-equivalent track ₹24,000. No-cost EMI applies above ₹15,000, and there is no separate exam fee, certificate fee or material charge.

Is this a free internship, or do I pay? Is there a stipend?▾

It is a paid program — students pay the fee. Infonic Training is a training academy, not a hiring company, so there is no stipend. The fee covers live mentor sessions, daily code review, tool and lab access, the report and synopsis work, the certificate and post-programme placement support.
