Who this is for

This One Year Diploma Course Is Made For You

One year is a real commitment, so it should be the right year for you. These are the six kinds of students who actually finish this programme at Infonic Training and get something out of it — and if you do not see yourself here, the counsellor will say so instead of selling you a seat.

Students After 12th

Sitting at home after 12th feels uncomfortable, and one more year of guessing does not fix it. A year here gives you a skill, a portfolio and a direction — see the full list of job oriented courses in Jaipur if you are still deciding.

Graduation Passouts

A degree gets your foot in the door. Skills get you the job. Most fresh graduates struggle because they know theory but have never worked on anything real, which is exactly what the live projects and the paid internship fix.

Working Professionals Stuck In The Same Role

Three years in and the salary has not moved. Evening and weekend batches let you add a professional diploma to your profile without leaving the job you already have.

Homemakers Planning A Comeback

Taking a career break was never your permanent plan. The training is paced in a way that fits your schedule, and the communication and IT productivity work rebuild the confidence a gap year takes away.

Freelancers Wanting Stable Income

Random small projects are exhausting. This year gives you exactly the skills clients pay good money for, plus the freelancing training to quote, deliver and get paid on time.

Small Business Owners

Stop paying an agency for every small change. Get hands-on knowledge of digital tools so you save cost and grow the business yourself — many owners pair this with the business growth course.

AI is inside every track, not beside it

AI does the first draft. It does not do the year.

Every tool covered in this vocational training course in Jaipur is already being used by working professionals — so you step into a job familiar with the workflow. But an AI tool cannot sit in an interview, cannot own a client deadline, and cannot decide which of four specialisations suits you. That is what twelve months of supervised practice, live projects and an internship are for. AI is taught inside every track here; it is never sold as a shortcut past the work.

What you'll master

The Common Spine Every Diploma Student Gets

Whichever specialisation you pick, seven things run through all twelve months. This is the part most institutes skip — they teach the tool and leave the student unable to write an email, use Excel or speak in an interview. Here the spine is timetabled, not optional.

Swipe to see all

Computer Fundamentals

  • How a computer, file system and network actually work
  • Windows, files, folders, backups and safe browsing
  • Typing speed and keyboard shortcuts that save hours
  • Email, cloud storage and online account hygiene

Communication And Spoken English

  • Everyday spoken English, drilled every single week
  • Telephone and client conversation practice
  • Email and message writing for a working office
  • Group discussion and interview speaking — see the communication course

IT Productivity And Office Work

  • MS Excel from formulas to pivot tables and charts
  • Word, PowerPoint and Google Workspace
  • Documents, reports and presentations a manager accepts
  • Built from the IT productivity course syllabus

One Deep Specialisation

  • Choose from full-stack, data and AI, marketing or design
  • Nine months of depth, not eleven surface topics
  • Switch allowed in the first few weeks after counselling
  • Every track listed under job oriented courses

Live Projects, Not Demo Files

  • Client-style briefs with a deadline and a review
  • Work rebuilt after feedback, the way a job works
  • At least four deliverables inside your own track
  • A capstone project defended in front of the batch

A Paid Internship

  • Real ongoing company projects, not dummy tasks
  • Work reviewed by working professionals
  • A proper stipend for the time you put in
  • Office or remote, depending on the internship and your profile

Placement Preparation

  • Resume rewritten until it gets interview calls
  • LinkedIn, GitHub or portfolio profile set up properly
  • Mock interviews and repeated feedback rounds
  • Referrals to hiring companies across Jaipur

AI Tools In Daily Work

  • ChatGPT and Gemini used inside real assignments
  • Track-specific AI — Surfer SEO, Canva AI, Copilot-style coding
  • Checking and correcting what the tool produced
  • Deeper AI work in the AI agent course

Full curriculum

Four Quarters, Twelve Months, One Specialisation

Six months of theory and one year of nothing useful — that is what most programs give. Every course inside this diploma was picked because the market actually needs it. The year is split into four quarters: a common foundation, then nine months inside the track you choose, with live projects, a paid internship and placement prep built into the timetable rather than promised at the end.

Quarter 1 · Months 1–3

Foundation — The Part Nobody Should Skip

Everyone starts here, whatever track they eventually pick. Computer fundamentals, spoken English, Excel and AI tools, finishing with the assessment that decides your specialisation. Students who already know part of this are moved ahead after the initial assessment instead of sitting through beginner content.

Swipe to see all

Months 1–2 · Common

Computer Fundamentals And Digital Basics

Nothing is assumed. Even students who have used a computer for years are missing the basics that make everything after this faster.

  • How a computer, an operating system and a network actually work
  • Files, folders, drives, backups and safe browsing habits
  • Typing speed drills and the shortcuts that save an hour a day
  • Email, Google Drive and account security done properly
  • Installing, updating and troubleshooting the software you will use
  • How the internet, domains and hosting fit together
Months 1–3 · Common

Communication And Spoken English

Two sessions a week for the whole year, starting in week one. Most Jaipur students lose interviews here, not on technical skill.

  • Simple correct sentences, said out loud, without hesitation
  • The six grammar errors Indian English speakers make most
  • Pronunciation and speed so you are understood the first time
  • Introducing yourself, your work and your project in two minutes
  • Telephone and client conversation practice in pairs
  • Full syllabus on the communication mastery course page
Month 2 · Common

IT Productivity — Excel, Word, PowerPoint

The office skills every single role in the job list expects, and the ones freshers are quietly rejected for not having.

  • Excel formulas, sorting, filters, conditional formatting
  • Pivot tables, charts and a clean monthly report
  • Word documents, formatting and business letters
  • PowerPoint decks that a manager will actually present
  • Google Sheets, Docs and Forms for shared work
  • Covered in depth in the IT productivity course
Months 2–3 · Common

AI Tools, Internet Skills And Career Orientation

Before you choose a track you should know what each one does all day. This module is part tool training, part honest career mapping.

  • ChatGPT and Gemini used on real assignments, with their limits
  • Canva AI and Grammarly for everyday output
  • What a developer, analyst, marketer and designer actually do daily
  • What each role pays in Jaipur at zero, two and five years
  • Searching, verifying and referencing information properly
  • Setting up your Google, GitHub and LinkedIn accounts
Month 3 · Assessment

Track Selection And Base Skills

The end of quarter one is where you commit. An assessment plus a counselling session decides which of the four specialisations you enter.

  • Aptitude and interest assessment, reviewed one to one
  • Trial classes in at least two tracks before you choose
  • Base skills of the chosen track taught in the final weeks
  • A written learning plan for the remaining nine months
  • Level adjustment if you already know part of the syllabus
  • Switching is allowed inside the first few weeks after counselling

Quarter 2 · Months 4–6

Specialisation Core — Pick One Of Four Tracks

From month four you go deep in one track: full-stack development, data and AI, digital marketing, or design and media. The common spine does not stop — communication and Excel practice continue every week — but the bulk of your classroom hours now belong to one subject.

Swipe to see all

Months 4–6 · Track

Full-Stack Development — Front End Core

HTML, CSS and JavaScript written by hand from the first class, because a framework never fixes a shaky foundation.

  • HTML5 structure, semantic tags, forms and navigation
  • CSS3, the box model, Flexbox and CSS Grid layouts
  • Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS for fast, consistent design
  • JavaScript basics, DOM handling and page interaction
  • Responsive design tested on real phones, not just a window resize
  • Track detail on the web designing course page
Months 4–6 · Track

Data And AI — Python And Data Handling

Read data, clean it, and say something true about it. The analysis half comes before any machine learning talk.

  • Python from variables and loops to functions and files
  • Excel to Python — the same task done both ways
  • Pandas for cleaning, filtering and joining real datasets
  • SQL basics: SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY on a live database
  • Charts that answer a question instead of decorating a slide
  • Track detail on the Python course and data analysis pages
Months 4–6 · Track

Digital Marketing — Search And Paid Core

One live account, one small budget, and results you can read. Nothing here is taught only as theory.

  • Website structure, keywords and on-page SEO
  • Google Search Console and Google Analytics set up properly
  • Google Ads: search campaigns, keywords, budget control
  • Meta Ads Manager: audiences, creatives and testing
  • Content calendar and social media planning
  • Track detail on the digital marketing course page
Months 4–6 · Track

Design And Media — Visual Core

Software plus the design rules that make work look professional rather than homemade.

  • Photoshop and Illustrator for print and screen work
  • Canva and Figma for fast client-ready output
  • Typography, colour theory, spacing and layout grids
  • Logo, poster, brochure and social creative practice
  • Adobe Premiere Pro basics — cuts, audio and export
  • Track detail on the graphic design course page
Month 6 · Common

Live Project One And Continuing Practice

The first real deliverable, built to a written brief with a deadline, while the communication and Excel work carries on in parallel.

  • A brief, a deadline and a review — the way a job runs
  • Work rebuilt after feedback instead of marked and forgotten
  • Weekly spoken English and presentation practice continues
  • Progress reviewed module by module with your mentor
  • Extra support arranged before the batch moves on
  • Half-year assessment and a written progress report

Quarter 3 · Months 7–9

Advanced Track Work And Live Projects

The quarter where a student becomes hireable. Frameworks, back-end work, machine learning, funnels or motion design depending on your track, plus two client-style projects and an industry visit so you have seen a working office before you interview at one.

Swipe to see all

Months 7–9 · Track

Full-Stack Development — Back End And Frameworks

The half that turns a page into an application: data, logins, APIs and a site that is actually live on the internet.

  • React JS — components, props, state and reusable interfaces
  • Node.js with Express, or PHP with WordPress, by track choice
  • MySQL or MongoDB — schemas, queries and relationships
  • REST APIs, authentication and form handling end to end
  • Git, GitHub and deployment to a real host
  • Compare with the MERN stack and PHP and WordPress tracks
Months 7–9 · Track

Data And AI — Machine Learning And Dashboards

Statistics you can explain, models you can defend, and a dashboard a business owner understands without you standing next to it.

  • Descriptive statistics, distributions and correlation
  • Supervised learning: regression and classification, built by hand
  • Model evaluation — accuracy, overfitting and honest limits
  • Power BI and Google Data Studio dashboards
  • Jupyter Notebook workflow and reproducible analysis
  • Deeper coverage on the AI and ML course and data science pages
Months 7–9 · Track

Digital Marketing — Funnels, Leads And Content

Traffic is not the goal. This quarter is about what happens after the click and how a business measures it.

  • Technical SEO, backlinks and content strategy
  • Landing pages, funnels and conversion tracking
  • Email marketing with Mailchimp and HubSpot basics
  • Lead generation campaigns with a real cost per lead
  • E-commerce, affiliate and remarketing basics
  • See also SEO training and lead generation training
Months 7–9 · Track

Design And Media — UI, Motion And Video

Where a designer stops decorating and starts solving — interfaces, brand systems and edited video that holds attention.

  • UI and UX design in Figma with real screen flows
  • Brand identity systems and a complete brand kit
  • Motion graphics, transitions and title design
  • DaVinci Resolve and CapCut Pro for fast turnarounds
  • YouTube and reel editing, thumbnails and audio mixing
  • Deeper coverage on the video editing course page
Months 7–9 · Common

Live Client Projects And Portfolio Build

Two more deliverables inside your track, this time reviewed the way a project lead reviews a junior's work.

  • Two client-style projects with real requirements
  • Version control, file handover and documentation
  • Portfolio, GitHub or Behance profile built as you go
  • Presenting your work to the batch and defending choices
  • An industry visit to see how a working company operates
  • Interview vocabulary for your specific track

Quarter 4 · Months 10–12

Internship, Capstone And Placement

The last quarter is deliberately not classroom-heavy. You are in a paid internship on real company projects, building a capstone under a brief, and sitting mock interviews until the answers stop being rehearsed. This is where the year turns into a job.

Swipe to see all

Months 10–12 · Common

The Paid Internship

Most institutes say internship and mean unpaid busy work. This one is with real companies on ongoing projects, and it pays a stipend.

  • Placed with our own IT company or a partner firm
  • Real ongoing project work, never dummy tasks
  • Work reviewed by working professionals, weekly
  • A proper stipend for the hours you put in
  • Office or remote depending on the company and your profile
  • Full details on the internship page
Months 10–12 · Common

Capstone Project Under A Brief

One substantial project in your track, built alone, defended in front of trainers. This is the piece an interviewer will ask about.

  • A written brief with scope, deadline and acceptance criteria
  • Planning, building and testing without hand-holding
  • Detailed feedback on what was good, what was weak and why
  • Rebuild and resubmit until it is genuinely presentable
  • Live link, source files and a one-page project write-up
  • Added to your portfolio as the lead item
Months 10–12 · Common

Resume, LinkedIn And Interview Preparation

The part that decides whether the previous eleven months turn into an offer. It is timetabled, not left to you.

  • Resume rewritten until it produces interview calls
  • LinkedIn profile, headline and project section done properly
  • Mock interviews recorded, watched back and repeated
  • Technical question practice specific to your track
  • Salary conversation and offer comparison guidance
  • Referrals to hiring companies through the placement cell
Months 10–12 · Optional

Freelancing And Client Handling

For students who want to earn alongside a job or instead of one. Several students already have paying clients by month six.

  • Finding the first client and what to charge
  • Writing a proposal and a simple contract
  • Scope creep, revisions and getting paid on time
  • Building a service page and profile that converts
  • Managing two clients without missing a deadline
  • Deeper coverage in the freelancing training
Month 12 · Assessment

Certification And Final Assessment

The year closes with an assessment, a certificate and a written record of what you can actually do.

  • Final practical assessment inside your specialisation
  • Diploma completion certificate from the institute
  • Internship completion letter with the stipend record
  • Portfolio review and a final one-to-one career session
  • Placement cell handover with your profile and links
  • Support continues after the last class — not to a fixed date

What you walk out with

Six Things You Hold On The Last Day

A year is a long time to give anyone, so it is fair to ask exactly what exists at the end of it. Not a feeling of having learnt something — these six things, in your hands, with links and letters attached.

Swipe to see all

Deliverable 01

A Portfolio With Live Links

Four to six projects inside your track, live on real hosting or a public profile, each with a one-page write-up of the brief and what you decided. Nobody is hired for a certificate. They are hired for links.

Live links · GitHub · Behance

Deliverable 02

A Completed Paid Internship

Three months of real company work, a stipend record, and a completion letter naming the projects you worked on. That single line on a resume separates you from every other fresher applying with the same degree.

Real projects · Stipend · Letter

Deliverable 03

The Diploma Completion Certificate

A one year diploma certificate from the institute after the final practical assessment, valid for jobs anywhere in India — past students have taken roles in Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune with it.

Certificate · Final assessment

Deliverable 04

An Interview-Ready Resume

A resume rewritten until it produces calls, a LinkedIn profile that matches it, and recorded mock interviews you have already watched back. The placement cell keeps sharing it with hiring companies after the course ends.

Resume · LinkedIn · Mock rounds

Deliverable 05

A Defended Capstone Project

One substantial project built alone under a written brief and defended in front of trainers — the piece an interviewer will spend most of the interview asking about.

Brief · Build · Defence

Deliverable 06

A Working Freelance Profile

Optional, but common. Students who take the freelancing module usually have their first paying clients before the year is over — one review below describes two clients by month six.

Profile · Proposal · First client

Why students choose us

Why Students Keep Choosing Infonic Over Every Other Institute

Very few institutes actually deliver a full year of diploma training properly. What makes this diploma certification course in Jaipur different is not just what we teach — it is how we teach, how we support, and how seriously we take every student who walks through the door. The same six things run across all our technical and non-technical programmes.

Swipe to see all

15+ Years Experienced Trainers

Our mentors have not just studied these subjects — they have worked in the industry for years. They know what companies expect and the mistakes freshers repeat, so they correct them before an interviewer does.

Paid Internship After Course

Most institutes say internship and mean unpaid busy work. We connect students with genuinely compensated internships on real ongoing projects, and the internship programme is part of the fee, not an upsell.

100% Placement Support

Your course does not end on the last day of class. The placement team keeps working on your resume, your interviews and your company connections after completion — the support does not stop at a fixed date.

One To One Coaching Sessions

Group classes leave many students behind. Every participant gets personal trainer guidance, which is why students who hesitate to ask questions in a crowd still finish this programme.

Industry Visits Included

Seeing how a real company operates changes how you think about your career. We arrange visits so you have stood inside a working office before you walk into an interview at one.

Own IT Company Backing This Institute

Infonic is not just a coaching centre. We run our own IT company alongside the institute, which is where the live projects, the current syllabus and a good share of the internships come from.

Meet your mentor

One Mentor Who Owns Your Whole Year

Program head of the one year diploma course at Infonic Training, Jaipur

Ankit Sharma

Program Head, 1 Year Diploma · 15+ years

A twelve-month programme falls apart when four trainers each teach a piece and nobody tracks the student. Here one mentor is assigned to you for the full year — they run your track selection, review your projects, sit the one-to-one sessions, and know by month three whether you are behind and on what.

Specialist trainers still teach their own subjects, and all of them work on client projects through our own IT company. Ask any of them in the demo class what a track really leads to. If a specialisation will not suit you, they will say so before you pay.

Job Roles You Can Target After Completing One Year Diploma

The skills you build throughout this career oriented diploma course in Jaipur directly match what recruiters are actively searching for. These are not just job titles — they are positions being filled in Jaipur right now. Which of them opens depends entirely on the track you chose, so the table below is split by track rather than averaged into one meaningless number.

Honest weakness Too short to make you hireable alone A year is a real commitment of time A degree alone does not get the job now

The honest reading of that table: a three-month course is the right choice if you already have a job and want one more skill — pick one from the technical courses list and be done in a quarter. A degree is still the right choice if the job you want legally requires one. This diploma is for the third case, which is most people who land on this page — no useful skill yet, time available, and a need to be employable at the end of the year rather than at the end of the decade. It does not replace a degree, and we do not claim it does.

FAQ

1 Year Diploma Course FAQs

Serious students think hard before giving a year to any institute. These are the questions people actually ask at the counselling table, answered the way the counsellor answers them.

If I miss a few classes during the year, will I fall behind permanently?▾

Not at all. Important sessions are recorded and notes are shared regularly, and your assigned mentor tracks your progress individually. If you miss something, a quick one to one session brings you fully up to speed without any panic.

Can I switch my specialisation after joining if I feel it is not the right fit?▾

Yes, and this happens more often than you think. In the first few weeks students sometimes realise a different skill suits them better. A switch is allowed within that initial period after a short counselling session with your trainer, so you never feel locked into the wrong path.

What exactly happens during the paid internship, and is it remote or in office?▾

Both options are available depending on the company and your profile. The internship is with real companies working on actual ongoing projects, not dummy tasks. Your work gets reviewed by professionals and you receive a proper stipend for the time you put in.

How does placement support actually work after the course ends?▾

The placement team stays in touch with you after course completion. They share your profile with their network of hiring companies, schedule interview calls, give you mock interview practice, and review your resume repeatedly until it gets results. The support does not stop at a fixed date.

Is this course valid if I want to apply for jobs outside Jaipur or in another state?▾

Yes. The skills you gain are industry standard and the certification carries weight with companies across India. Several past students have taken up roles in Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune after completing this diploma programme from Jaipur.

What if I already know the basics of one topic, will I have to sit through beginner content?▾

No. During the initial assessment before the course starts we identify your current level. If you are already past the basics in any area, your learning plan is adjusted so you move directly to the parts that are actually new and useful for your growth.

How are assignments evaluated, is there a grading system or just completion?▾

Assignments are reviewed by your trainer with detailed feedback, not just a pass or fail mark. You are told exactly what was good, what needs improvement, and why. That feedback loop is what makes the practical training here effective instead of a formality.

Can I continue freelancing or a part time job while doing this course?▾

Yes, and many students do exactly that. The batch timings are planned keeping working students in mind. You will not have to choose between earning and learning, and both can run together through the one year duration.

What is the 1 year diploma course fee in Jaipur, and is EMI available?▾

The full twelve month diploma is ₹65,000, the six month half diploma is ₹38,000, and a term-wise option is ₹16,250 per quarter which totals the same ₹65,000 across the year. No-cost EMI is available on any programme above ₹15,000, and there is no separate exam fee, certificate fee or material charge.

Is a one year diploma better than a three month course or a college degree?▾

It depends on what you already have. A three month course suits someone adding a single skill to a job they already hold. A degree still matters when the role legally requires one. This diploma suits someone with time available and no employable skill yet, because a year is long enough for one deep specialisation, live projects and a paid internship. It does not replace a degree, and we do not claim it does.
