Positive Mindset Coaching in Jaipur

You wake up tired, and it is not the sleep. It is the thinking — the plan you made on Sunday and dropped by Wednesday, the message you rehearsed for an hour, the interview you did not attend because you had already decided the answer. None of that is a character defect. It is a set of habits, and habits are trainable. This program teaches the practical ones: how a habit is actually built, what to do with the voice in your head, how to keep going after a rejection, and how to finish what you start.

  • One-to-one sessions focused on your own pattern
  • Real exercises and written tasks, not motivation talk
  • Coach with 15+ years of practical experience
  • A habit tracker and a 30-day plan you keep

Who this is for

Read This Part Before You Read Anything Else

This is a skills and habits program. You will practise, track what you did, and get honest feedback on it from a coach. It is not counselling, not therapy and not medical care, and nothing on this page treats or cures any condition. If you are dealing with depression, anxiety, panic attacks or any kind of crisis, the right first step is a qualified mental-health professional — a psychiatrist, a clinical psychologist or a licensed counsellor. That is an ordinary, sensible thing to do, exactly like seeing a doctor for a fever, and there is nothing weak about it. Tele-MANAS on 14416 is free and answers 24 hours. Coaching can run alongside that care; it never replaces it. With that said plainly, here is who this program is built for. It runs at Infonic Training as one of our non-technical courses in Jaipur.

Students Facing Exam Pressure

Marks feel like the whole future and the fear of failing never switches off. The work here is practical — a study routine that survives a bad week, a way to sit down when you do not feel like it, and a calm-down routine for the hour before a paper.

Fresh Graduates Who Have Stalled

The degree is finished and nothing has started. Applications half-written, one rejection treated as a verdict. This program rebuilds the follow-through, and pairs naturally with an employable skill from the job-oriented courses in Jaipur.

Working People Running On Empty

Long hours, no recognition, and you still doubt yourself at the end of it. The modules on energy management, boundaries and comparison are the ones this group uses most.

Homemakers Restarting Something Of Their Own

Years of giving to everyone else makes your own goals feel unserious. The goal map and the 30-day plan exist to make one small goal concrete again, and many go on to the freelancing training from there.

Business Owners Stuck In Fear Mode

Every decision feels like a personal verdict, so the decision gets postponed. Separating your identity from the result is a trainable habit, and owners often take this with the business growth course.

Job Seekers Losing Confidence Round By Round

Rejection starts to feel like evidence. The failure and rejection module is built exactly for this — what to actually do in the 48 hours after a no, so the next application still gets sent.

Teenagers Under Social And Family Pressure

Comparison on the phone, expectations at home, no clear direction. Two full modules cover social media pressure and family and peer pressure, because in Jaipur those are the real weight, not laziness.

Anyone Who Starts Things And Drops Them

Gym in January, course in March, nothing by April. This is the most common profile in the batch. It is a habit-design problem, not a willpower problem, and it is fixable.

People Who Feel Stuck Without A Clear Reason

No single crisis, just a flat low hum that something is off. The first module is an honest written assessment, which is usually the first time the pattern gets named.

Advice is free now. Doing it is not.

An app will write you a perfect plan in four seconds. Day nine is still yours.

There has never been more advice available and never less shortage of it. Ask any AI tool for a study schedule, a morning routine or a way to stop procrastinating and you will get a clean, sensible answer immediately, and it will probably be right. That was never the missing piece. The missing piece is day nine — the day the novelty is gone, nobody is watching, the plan is inconvenient and there is a perfectly reasonable excuse available. No tool has solved that, because it is not an information problem. It is a design problem and an accountability problem: make the habit small enough to survive a bad day, attach it to something you already do, write down whether you did it, and have one person who asks. That is what these sessions are. We will happily use an app for the tracker and a chatbot to draft your weekly review. What the coach does is notice, in week three, that you have quietly stopped — and ask you about it before the whole thing goes.

What you'll practise

Ten Things You Should Be Able To Do By The End

Not feelings — behaviours, because behaviour is the only part anyone can check. Each of these ends in something written down and tracked. If the harder part for you is speaking rather than starting, the communication mastery course handles that, and presence and grooming sit in the personality development course. Many students run one of those alongside this.

15 Modules, In The Order Change Actually Holds

The order is deliberate. Habits come before goals, because a goal without a habit is a wish. Self-talk comes before failure, because how you speak to yourself decides what a rejection means. Exam nerves and family pressure sit late, once there is something to stand on. The last module is a written 30-day plan, since the month after the course is the one that decides whether any of it stayed.

Swipe to see all

Module 01

Where Your Mindset Stands Today

Nothing is taught in the first session. It is a written assessment, done honestly, because you cannot change a pattern you have not named yet.

  • An honest written self-assessment to start from
  • Spotting the thinking patterns you repeat most
  • Naming what is actually holding you back, specifically
  • Setting one clear coaching goal in writing
  • Baseline notes on sleep, phone use and study hours
  • What you want to be different in ninety days
Module 02

How Habits Actually Form

The mechanics, not the motivation. Cue, routine, reward, repetition — and why the habits you keep are always the easy ones and never the impressive ones.

  • Cue, routine and reward, explained simply
  • Why big habits fail and small ones stay
  • Attaching a new habit to an existing one
  • Designing the first habit so it survives a bad day
  • Setting up your daily habit tracker
  • What to do the day after you break the chain
Module 03

Self-Talk And Reframing

Everyone has a running commentary. Most people have never written theirs down. Once it is on paper, most of it turns out to be a claim you would never accept from anyone else.

  • Catching the exact sentence your head repeats
  • Keeping a thought record when a spiral starts
  • Separating a fact from a fear from a prediction
  • Reframing that is accurate, not fake positivity
  • Answering the inner critic without arguing with it
  • Practising a replacement sentence until it is automatic
Module 04

Dealing With Failure And Rejection

A rejection costs most people a month, and that month is the real damage — not the rejection. This module is a written routine for the forty-eight hours after a no.

  • What to do in the 48 hours after a rejection
  • Reading feedback as information, not as a verdict
  • Keeping a record of what actually went wrong
  • Separating one result from your worth as a person
  • Sending the next application before the week ends
  • Why the second attempt is usually the better one
Module 05

Goal Setting That Survives Contact With Reality

Most goals die because they were written on a good day for an imaginary person. Here they get written in behaviours, checked against your values, and cut down until they are survivable.

  • Writing goals as behaviours, not as wishes
  • Checking each goal against what you actually value
  • Building your goal map on one page
  • A ten-minute weekly review that keeps momentum
  • Cutting the goals that were never yours
  • Adjusting a goal without abandoning it
Module 06

Discipline And Consistency

Discipline is not a feeling you summon. It is a set of decisions you removed in advance. This module removes them.

  • Deciding in advance so willpower is not needed
  • The minimum version of a habit for a bad day
  • Doing the work on days you do not feel like it
  • Tracking streaks without letting them own you
  • Recovering from a missed week without quitting
  • Why consistency beats intensity every single time
Module 07

Focus And Distraction

Attention is trainable and it is currently being trained by your phone. This module takes the training back.

  • Building a 50-minute study or work block
  • Getting the phone genuinely out of reach
  • Returning after an interruption without losing the hour
  • Telling boredom apart from avoidance
  • A written distraction audit for one full week
  • Setting up a workspace that does not fight you
Module 08

Procrastination

There are only four real reasons people put things off, and the fix is different for each. Guessing wrong is why generic advice has not worked for you.

  • Finding which of the four reasons is actually yours
  • Fear of failing versus not knowing where to start
  • Making the first step small enough to begin
  • Handling the task you are avoiding first
  • Deadlines you set for yourself and keep
  • What to do when a task has been pending for months
Module 09

Time And Energy Management

Time is not the real constraint for most people. Energy is. The plan gets built around your good hours instead of pretending every hour is equal.

  • Mapping where your good hours actually fall
  • Putting hard work in your best hours, not the leftovers
  • Protecting sleep as part of the practice
  • Planning a realistic week, not an ideal one
  • Saying no without an apology or a long explanation
  • Leaving space so one bad day does not break the week
Module 10

Gratitude And Perspective

Written badly, this becomes a greeting card. Written properly, it is a short daily record that changes what your attention notices by default.

  • A two-minute written gratitude practice that is specific
  • Noticing what went right on an ordinary day
  • Perspective questions for when something goes wrong
  • Recording your own progress so it stops being invisible
  • Keeping the practice honest rather than performative
  • Why this is done in writing and not in your head
Module 11

Handling Comparison And Social Media Pressure

Everyone you follow is publishing their best minute. Comparing your ordinary Tuesday to it is not a moral failing, but it is a habit worth breaking.

  • A written audit of who you follow and why
  • The two times of day phone use hurts most
  • Reading a highlight reel as what it actually is
  • Comparing against your own record instead
  • Practical limits that survive past three days
  • Handling the relative or friend who compares for you
Module 12

Exam And Interview Nerves

Nerves before something that matters are normal and are not the problem. Avoiding the room is the problem. This module is about attending.

  • A calm-down routine that works in the waiting area
  • Preparation you can actually trust on the day
  • Answering a question you did not expect
  • Recovering mid-answer without giving up on it
  • Why attending a hard interview beats skipping it
  • Reviewing afterwards without replaying it for a week
Module 13

Family And Peer Pressure

In Jaipur this is the weight most students carry and the one most courses skip. Comparison at home, a fixed idea of the right career, a cousin held up as the standard.

  • Handling the comparison that comes from inside the family
  • Explaining your plan calmly to parents, in their terms
  • Setting a boundary without turning it into a fight
  • Separating their fear from your decision
  • Dealing with friends who pull you off track
  • What to do when the pressure is not going to change
Module 14

Building A Support System

Almost nobody keeps a practice completely alone. Deciding in advance who your two people are is a practical step, not a soft one.

  • Choosing two people who will actually ask you
  • Asking for help in a way people can respond to
  • Recognising which company drains and which steadies
  • Being the person someone else can rely on
  • Staying in touch with the batch after the course
  • When to bring in a qualified professional instead
Module 15

Your 30-Day Practice Plan

The last module produces a written plan for the month after the course, because that month decides whether any of this stayed. It is signed, dated and reviewed.

  • Writing the 30-day plan yourself, on one page
  • Choosing three habits and no more than three
  • The daily tracker and the weekly review built in
  • A named plan for the days you fall off
  • What you do in month two and month three
  • A review date fixed with your coach before you leave

Every module ends with something written and something tracked. Nothing here is assessed on how you felt in the session, because a good session is easy to produce and proves nothing. The tracker at the end of the week is the honest measure, and it is the only one we use.

What you walk out with

The Real Deliverables You Leave The Program Holding

Mindset work is the easiest thing in the world to fake, so this program is built around things that physically exist at the end. Six of them, all written by you, all reviewed with the coach. A good feeling on the last day is not a deliverable. A filled tracker and a dated plan are. Students who want to attach this to actual work continue into a paid internship in Jaipur, and many pair it with a skill from the non-technical course list.

Asset 01

A Daily Habit Tracker You Have Actually Filled

One page a week, three habits, a tick or a blank. It sounds trivial until you look at a month of it and see the pattern you have been arguing about — that Wednesday is always the break point, or that everything holds until the weekend. The coach reviews it with you every session, which is the part that makes people fill it.

Daily · Reviewed weekly · 3 habits max

Asset 02

Your Written 30-Day Practice Plan

One page, signed and dated, written by you in the last module. Three habits, the daily tracker, the weekly review, and a named plan for the days you fall off. It carries a fixed review date with your coach, so the month after the program is not left to chance.

One page · Dated · Review fixed

Asset 03

A Journalling System You Will Keep Using

Not a diary. Three short formats you can actually maintain — a two-minute evening entry, a thought record for when a spiral starts, and a weekly review with four fixed questions. You practise all three in session until writing them takes less effort than avoiding them.

3 formats · 2–10 minutes · Yours

Asset 04

Your Goal Map On A Single Page

Every goal you are carrying, written as a behaviour, checked against what you actually value, and cut down to the ones that are genuinely yours. Most people arrive with eleven goals and leave with three. The relief in that is the point.

One page · Values-checked · Cut down

Asset 05

A Thought Record And Reframe Set

Your own recurring sentences, written out, with the accurate replacement you built for each. Because it is in your words about your situation, it works when a printed affirmation card does not. Kept as a set you can reread on a bad week.

Your sentences · Your replacements

Asset 06

A Distraction And Comparison Audit

One honest week of where the hours and the attention actually went — screen time by app, the two worst times of day, and who on your feed you feel worse after reading. Followed by the written limits you set yourself, with a date to review them.

One week logged · Written limits

Ask any coaching program you are considering the same question: what will exist at the end of this that did not exist before? If the answer is a certificate and a good feeling, you are paying for attendance.

Fees & tracks

The fee covers the sessions, the workbook, the tracker, the 30-day plan and the certificate. No exam fee, no material charge, and the number is told to you before counselling rather than after.

If the harder problem is speaking rather than starting, compare this with the communication mastery course first, and if it is presence, grooming and how you come across, look at the personality development course in Jaipur. Every fee above ₹15,000 can be paid on no-cost EMI. One thing we will not do is sell you a mindset program when what you actually need is a clinical professional.

Methods used in session

The Practices We Actually Use Inside A Session

These are coaching practices for building habits and attention. Several of them borrow ideas from clinical work, and the honest way to say that is this: a coach using a thought record is not a clinician doing therapy, and the two should not be confused. Nothing in this list treats a condition. If what you need is treatment, the coach will say so and point you to a qualified professional instead.

Why students choose us

Plenty Of People Will Motivate You. Fewer Will Check On You In Week Three.

The complaint we hear from people who arrive after a seminar is always the same. They felt fantastic for four days, filled two pages of notes, and by the second week everything was exactly as before. Nothing was wrong with the advice. What was missing was the boring part — a small daily task, a written record of whether it happened, and one person who asks about it when it stops.

Sessions Are One-To-One

Your pattern is not the batch's pattern. Sessions are built around your own assessment, your own tracker and your own week, which is the whole reason people who got nothing from a group workshop get something here.

A Coach With 15+ Years Of Practice

Our lead coach has spent more than fifteen years working directly with people on habits, confidence and follow-through — students, job seekers, working people and business owners across Jaipur.

We Will Say So When This Is Not The Answer

If what you describe in the first session needs clinical care rather than coaching, you will be told that plainly and pointed to a qualified professional — before your fee is taken, not after. Counsellors here are not paid on admissions.

Written Tasks, Not Motivation Talk

Every session ends with something specific to do and something to write down. You will fill a tracker daily. It is unglamorous and it is the part that works.

Someone Notices When You Stop

Week three is when almost everyone quietly drops off. That is exactly when the coach asks. Being asked one question at the right time is more useful than any amount of inspiration.

Nothing Leaves The Room

What you talk about stays between you and your coach. No recordings, nothing shared with family or employers, nothing discussed with other students.

Practice Attached To Real Work

Students who clear their assessments move into a paid internship, where follow-through gets tested against actual deadlines instead of intentions.

Honest About What Coaching Cannot Do

Nobody here will promise you a job, a salary or a permanently good mood. What is on offer is a method, feedback and accountability. What you do on day nine is still yours.

It Continues After The Last Session

You leave with the tracker, the plan and a fixed review date, and the coach stays reachable when an old pattern returns. Presence and profile work continues in the personal branding training.

Your Lead Mindset Coach

Mindset, Habits & Behaviour Coaching · 15+ years

Fifteen years of one-to-one work with students under exam pressure, graduates who stalled after college, working people running on empty, and business owners frozen by one bad year. The method is the same in every case — find the pattern, design a habit small enough to survive, write it down, and be asked about it every week.

Come to the free session and describe your week honestly. You will be told plainly what kind of problem this looks like and which track fits. And if what you describe sounds like something that needs clinical care rather than coaching, you will be told that too, and pointed toward a qualified mental-health professional — without a sales pitch and without any judgement about it.

What consistency changes

What Changes When You Keep Showing Up

There is no salary table on this page and there will not be one. Mindset is not a job and no honest person can put a number on it. What we can describe is behaviour, because behaviour is observable and it is what actually shifts — the study block that happens on a Wednesday you did not feel like it, the application sent instead of saved as a draft, the interview attended instead of skipped, the work finished instead of abandoned at eighty per cent. Attach that to a real skill from the non-technical courses in Jaipur or the job-oriented course list and the combination is what moves a career. On its own, mindset is one half of it, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.

Where it shows up The usual pattern What consistent practice changes
Studying for an exam Long hours in the last two weeks, nothing before that A repeatable block most days, so the last two weeks are revision
Job applications Six sent in one good evening, none for the next month A fixed weekly number that survives a rejection
Interviews The hard ones get skipped with a reasonable excuse You attend, including the one you expect to fail
Finishing work Started well, abandoned around eighty per cent A defined end, and the last twenty per cent done
After a setback A month lost to replaying it A written routine for 48 hours, then the next attempt
Daily routine Rebuilt from scratch every Monday Three small habits that hold through a bad week

Read that as a description of a habit, not as a promise about your life. None of it arrives because you attended sessions. It arrives because you kept a small practice going on days it was inconvenient, and the practice is what we teach and check. Anyone guaranteeing you a transformed life in thirty days is not being straight with you.

Month of practice What is usually happening What the work is that month
Weeks 1–2 The pattern gets named and written down for the first time Assessment, one habit, the tracker started
Weeks 3–4 Motivation is gone. This is where most people quit alone Shrinking the habit, and being asked about it
Month 2 Some days hold, some do not, and that is normal Restarting after a break without treating it as failure
Month 3 The routine stops needing a decision every morning Adding the second habit, weekly reviews running
After the program Old patterns return under pressure, as they do for everyone The 30-day plan, the review date, and the named restart

Some students go further and want to work in this field themselves. These are the directions people take it, usually after several years of their own practice and further study. Be clear about one thing before you read the list: regulated roles like counsellor, clinical psychologist and therapist require formal degrees and licences that no coaching program provides, including this one. Coaching and training roles are a different track, and the sales mastery and personal branding programs are what most people add before charging for their own sessions.

An honest note to close this section on. This program does not treat any condition, it does not get anyone a job, and it does not promise an income. It teaches a method for building habits and keeping attention, it gives you written work to do, and it holds you to it. That is genuinely useful and it is also all it is, and anyone selling you more than that on this subject should be treated carefully.

FAQ

Positive Mindset Coaching FAQs

These get asked quietly at the counselling table, usually in Hindi, often by someone who is embarrassed to be asking at all. They are all fair questions and the first one is the most important on this page.

Is this therapy or counselling, and what if I am dealing with depression or anxiety?

No, and this matters, so we will say it plainly. This is a skills and habits coaching program. It is not counselling, it is not therapy, and it is not medical care, and nobody here is qualified to treat a mental-health condition. If you are living with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, an eating disorder, thoughts of harming yourself, or any other condition that needs clinical care, please see a qualified mental-health professional — a psychiatrist, a clinical psychologist or a licensed counsellor. That is a normal thing to do and there is nothing shameful in it, the same way you would see a doctor for a fever. If you are in crisis right now, contact the national Tele-MANAS helpline on 14416, which is free and runs 24 hours. Coaching can sit alongside that care, and many people do both, but it is never a replacement for it. If the coach feels during your sessions that what you are dealing with needs clinical help, they will tell you and stop, instead of taking your fee.

What actually happens in the sessions, and what will I be doing between them?

Each session has three parts — a short review of the week, one new practice taught and tried in the room, and a written task to carry into the next seven days. Nothing here is a lecture you sit through. You will fill a habit tracker daily, write a short journal entry most days, do a thought record when a spiral starts, and follow the 30-day plan built with the coach. The homework is deliberately small, because a ten-minute task done for thirty days changes more than a two-hour task done twice.

How long is the program, and how much time does it need every week?

There are three tracks. The 6-week foundation covers assessment, habits, self-talk and goal setting. The 3-month track covers all 15 modules including procrastination, focus, comparison and exam nerves. The 6-month track adds a longer practice period with monthly reviews, because habits break in month two and that is exactly when most people quit alone. Sessions run once or twice a week, and the daily practice outside class is 10 to 20 minutes. If you cannot give ten minutes a day, this program will not do anything for you and it is fairer to say so now.

What is the fee for mindset coaching in Jaipur and are there hidden charges?

The 6-week mindset foundation is ₹9,000, the 3-month positive mindset coaching track is ₹18,000, and the 6-month mindset and career confidence track is ₹24,000. The fee covers the sessions, the workbook, the habit tracker, the 30-day plan and the certificate. No-cost EMI is available on fees above ₹15,000. There is no separate exam fee, material charge or certificate charge, and the fee is told to you before counselling, not after.

I have read books, watched videos and tried affirmations. Why would this be different?

Books give you ideas and videos give you a good hour. Neither one can watch you actually think, catch the moment your pattern starts, and tell you what to do right there. That is the only real difference, and it is a big one. The second difference is the tracker — information you read is forgotten in a week, while a habit you wrote down for thirty days is still there. If you have genuinely kept a written practice for a month on your own and it did nothing, tell the coach that in the demo. There are cases where a program is not the right answer.

I am not depressed or in crisis. I am just stuck. Is this still for me?

Yes, and that describes most people who join. Being stuck without a clear reason — putting things off, starting well and dropping out by week three, comparing yourself to everyone on your phone, avoiding the interview you should be attending — is a habits and attention problem, and habits and attention are trainable. You do not have to be struggling badly to be allowed to work on this.

How soon will I notice anything change?

Small things first. People usually report an easier start to the day and fewer late-night spirals in the first two or three weeks, mostly because the tracker makes the pattern visible for the first time. The bigger shift — studying on the days you do not feel like it, attending the interview you would have skipped, finishing what you started — tends to show up around week six to eight, and only for people who kept the daily practice. We will not tell you it happens in one session, because that is not honest and it sets you up to quit when it does not.

Is what I say in a session kept private?

Yes. What you discuss in a session stays in that room. There is no recording, nothing is shared with your family or your employer, and nothing is discussed with other students. The only exception is the one every responsible coach keeps — if there is a serious risk to your safety, the coach will insist on involving a qualified professional and, where you are a minor, your parents.

I have a job and a family. Where will I find the time?

The daily work is 10 to 20 minutes and most of it attaches to something you already do — the tracker before bed, the journal with your morning tea, the reframe practice on the commute. Sessions run in the evening and on weekends for working people. The honest caveat is that this only works if that small window is protected. Time and energy management is a full module for exactly this reason.

What happens after the program ends, and does it help with my career?

You leave with the tracker, the 30-day plan, your journalling system and your goal map, and the coach stays reachable for follow-up questions when an old pattern returns. On career, be clear about what is being claimed. This program does not get anyone a job and does not promise a salary. What consistency changes is behaviour — showing up to study, applying instead of postponing, attending the interview, finishing the work you started. Attach that to an actual employable skill from the non-technical courses in Jaipur or the job-oriented course list and the combination is what moves a career. Mindset on its own is half of it.

Ten Minutes A Day, Written Down. That Is The Whole Method.

You do not need a better plan, more motivation or a different personality. You need a habit small enough to survive a bad week, a page to write it on, and somebody who asks about it in week three. That is what this program is, and it is a smaller claim than most people make on this subject. If follow-through is the thing you have been missing, the next batch begins on 1 September, in morning and evening slots.
