Office work after AI
Be straight about what has changed. Copying a PDF into a sheet, formatting a letter, writing a polite follow-up mail, summarising a long report — ChatGPT does all of that in seconds, and this course teaches you to use it instead of pretending it does not exist. What AI has not touched is everything around the data. Someone still has to notice that the sales figure from one branch never arrived, chase the person who owes it, know that the stock number looks wrong because last month it was half of that, decide which of two conflicting records is correct, and stand behind the report when a manager asks a question in a review meeting. Companies are not removing back office staff; they are removing the ones who only type. The people who survive are the ones who understand what the numbers mean and can be trusted to check them. That is what the three tracks here are built around.
