Best of all, honestly. You see the labs, meet the trainer who will actually teach you, look at what the last batch built, and sit a free demo class. Parents are welcome and most come along. No appointment needed, though a call ahead means the right counsellor is free when you arrive.

Here is the whole process, start to finish. A counsellor calls you back — within 30 minutes if you enquired during working hours — and asks what you have studied, what you want to do and how much time you can give per day. You then get the full syllabus and the exact fee in writing on WhatsApp or email, including the EMI breakup if the fee is above ₹15,000, so your parents can read it too. Next you sit a free demo class in the real batch, with the real trainer, and ask the trainer whatever you like. Only after that does anyone talk about admission. Nobody chases you, and nobody quotes a different number on the second call.

By bus and metro
Every city bus running the Ajmer Road route — the ones headed to Bhankrota, Kamla Nehru Nagar and 200 Feet Bypass — stops at Heera Nagar Mode or DCM. Get down at either stop and it is a two to five minute walk. From the metro, come to Civil Lines or Railway Station and take a shared auto down Ajmer Road.
Parking
Two-wheeler parking is available in the building compound at no charge, and most students park there. Cars can be parked on the service lane beside Krishna Tower; keep off the main Ajmer Road carriageway, since it is a busy stretch during office hours.
Coming from outside Jaipur
From Sindhi Camp bus stand it is about 25 minutes, from Jaipur Junction railway station about 20 minutes, and from the airport 40 to 50 minutes depending on traffic. Students from Ajmer, Sikar and Kishangarh usually take the live online batch instead of travelling daily.

Times are for normal traffic between batches. Ajmer Road gets heavy between 6 PM and 8 PM, so evening-batch students should leave a little early. If daily travel is not practical, ask about the live online batch — it runs the same syllabus, whether you are joining a technical course or a non-technical one.

Book A Free Demo Class Before You Pay Anything
The demo is not a sales presentation in a meeting room. You sit inside a running batch, with the trainer who would teach you, on the topic that batch is covering that day. It is free, and there is no obligation afterwards.

You get a date, a time and a trainer name
Confirmation comes on WhatsApp, usually for the next working day. Online learners get the same live class link the batch uses.
Attend, ask questions, then decide
Sit the full session. Ask the trainer about the syllabus, the projects and what the last batch built. Then take your decision at home, not at the desk.
What to bring
- A notebook and pen — you will actually take notes in the session
- Your laptop if you have one; a lab system is given if you do not
- Your last marksheet, only if you want the counsellor to judge eligibility properly
- Your college format sheet, if the course is for an internship or industrial training submission
- A parent, if the fee decision is a family decision. Most students bring one and it saves a second visit.
Honest caveats
- One free demo per course. If you want to compare two courses, ask for both while booking.
- You will join a batch mid-topic. That is deliberate — you see a real class, not a staged one.
- A demo does not reserve a seat. Popular evening batches fill on admission, not on attendance.
- If your goal does not match the course, the counsellor will say so and point you at a better fit — sometimes a 6 months IT diploma or the 1 year diploma instead of a short course.

Records from 2012 onwards are kept at the centre. Whichever desk you need, mention your name, course and batch year in the first message — it saves a day of back and forth.
Fee receipts and payment queries

Lost or damaged certificate, or a name correction? Send a written request to admin@infonictraining.com with your batch year and a photo of the old certificate if you still have it.

Batch change or a pause
Exams, a new job, a family situation — tell the coordinator before you start missing classes, not after. Batch shifts and short pauses are normally arranged in the same week.

The office is open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00. Sunday is closed. Classes run in morning, afternoon and evening slots on weekdays, and there is a Saturday batch for people who are already working.
Do I need an appointment to visit, or can I just walk in?▾
You can walk in any working day between 9 AM and 6 PM. A quick call before you come is still better, because then the counsellor who handles your subject is free when you arrive instead of being inside a class.
Is the demo class free, and how do I book one?▾
Yes, the first demo class is free and there is no obligation after it. Call, WhatsApp or fill the enquiry form, tell us the course and the timing that suits you, and you will be given a batch, a date and a trainer name. Bring a notebook and, if you have one, your laptop.
Will I get the fee in writing before I pay anything?▾
Yes. The counsellor sends the fee, the duration, the syllabus and the EMI option on WhatsApp or email before admission. Short skill programs start at ₹9,000, four to six month career programs run between ₹18,000 and ₹42,000, and one-year diploma programs go up to ₹65,000. Anything above ₹15,000 can be paid on no-cost EMI, and there is no separate exam fee, certificate fee or material charge.

I live outside Jaipur. Can admission and classes be handled without visiting?▾
Yes. Counselling happens on a call, the demo class is given on the same live link the online batch uses, the fee is paid online, and the class runs live with the same trainer and the same assignments as the classroom batch. Students from Ajmer, Sikar, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, Alwar and Jhunjhunu study this way every batch.
