Business Growth Course in Jaipur

Every owner reaches the point where working more stops helping. Longer hours, more spend, same result. The problem is almost never effort — it is that nobody ever showed you the numbers, the pricing and the systems underneath your own shop or firm. This course does, using your business, not a case study.

  • Built for owners and shopkeepers, not students
  • Early-morning and weekend batches for shop timings
  • You leave with a written 90-day growth plan
  • One to one coaching on your own numbers

    Who this is for

Made For People Already Running Something

This is not a management degree and it is not for people who want to read about business. It is for the owner of a shop, a trading firm, a small manufacturing unit, a clinic or a service business in Jaipur who wants the next twelve months to look different from the last twelve. At Infonic Training it runs as one of our non-technical courses in Jaipur, and no one is asked for a degree at admission.

    Swipe to see all

    Small Business Owners

The business runs but the growth stopped. New customers are hard to find, repeat business is patchy and every month looks like the last one. You leave with the reason it plateaued, in writing, and the fix in order of priority.

    Shop and Local Business Owners

Footfall, phone enquiries and the monthly figure at the end. Local marketing, Google Business Profile and stock discipline are where a Jaipur shop gains the most, and they cost almost nothing to fix.

    Startup Founders

Launched, and now stuck on customers, trust and cash. You get positioning, a sales process and a funding plan instead of another pitch deck. Founders who want the full year take the one-year entrepreneurship course.

    Freelancers Ready To Scale Up

You sell hours and there are only so many. Turning a service into a business means pricing, retainers, a follow-up system and someone else doing part of the work.

    Family Business Second Generation

The business your father built runs on his head and his relationships. Putting the numbers, the SOPs and the digital side in place is how you take it over without breaking it.

Owners Who Want To Sell Better

If the problem is closing rather than finding, this pairs naturally with the sales mastery course — one builds the process, the other sharpens the conversation.

    Owners Hiring Their First Staff

Your first hire either buys you a year of time or costs you one. Hiring, targets and handover are two full modules here, and the HR training course goes deeper if you plan a team of five or more.

    Traders And Online Sellers

Stock, margin, supplier terms and marketplace listings decide whether the turnover means anything. Sellers usually take this with the e-commerce product selling course.

    Business owners and AI

ChatGPT can write your offer. It cannot decide your price.

Be straight about what AI does for a small business. It writes captions, drafts replies, cleans up a quotation and answers a WhatsApp enquiry at eleven at night. Useful, and free or nearly free. What it cannot do is tell you that your best-selling item is the one losing you money, that your credit period with two suppliers is the reason cash runs out on the twenty-fifth, or that the price you have been afraid to raise for four years is the single fastest profit available to you. Those answers come out of your own books, and reading them is a skill. An owner who knows their numbers can point AI at a hundred small jobs and save real hours. An owner who does not will get faster at doing the wrong things. That is why this course starts with margin, break-even and cash flow, uses AI tools where they genuinely help, and never pretends a tool is a strategy.

    What you'll master

Skills You Leave With, Not Notes You Leave With

Twelve skill groups, and every one of them ends in something done inside your own business — a margin sheet filled in, a price changed, a script used on a real customer, an SOP handed to a staff member. The channel side goes deeper in the digital marketing course in Jaipur, and the enquiry side in the lead generation training course.

14 Modules, In The Order A Business Actually Gets Fixed

Numbers first, because you cannot fix what you cannot see. Then customers, price and a sales process, because that is where money appears fastest. Marketing and ads after that, once there is something worth sending traffic to. Team, stock, compliance and funding once the front end works. The 90-day plan is last, and you leave with it written.

    Swipe to see all

    Module 01

    Knowing Your Numbers

Most owners can quote their turnover and not their profit. Month one fixes that. You put last year's real figures into one sheet and find out which product, which service and which customer is actually paying you.

    • Revenue, cost of goods and gross margin in plain words
    • Reading a profit and loss statement without an accountant
    • Break-even: the number of sales that keeps the lights on
    • Cash flow versus profit, and why full shops still run dry
    • Fixed and variable costs, and which ones to cut first
    • Return on every rupee you spend on stock or ads
    Module 02

    Customer and Market Research

Before changing anything you find out who is actually buying and why. This is field work, not theory — you talk to real customers in your own market this month.

    • Who your ideal customer is and where they already are
    • Talking to buyers before you build or stock anything
    • Building a simple customer profile in one page
    • What the customer really wants, not what they say
    • Mapping the path from stranger to paying customer
    • Sizing a Jaipur market segment without paid research
    • Collecting feedback and turning it into a change
    Module 03

    Positioning and Pricing

The fastest profit in most small businesses is sitting in the price list. You learn why you are being compared on rate, how to stop that, and how to raise a price without losing the customer.

    • Why customers compare you on price and how to change it
    • Cost-plus, value-based and competitor pricing compared
    • Building offers and bundles people find hard to refuse
    • Handling price objections without cutting the rate
    • Raising prices without losing your regular buyers
    • Discounts, schemes and what they really cost you
    • Writing a one-line positioning statement that sticks
    Module 04

    Building a Sales Process

Selling stops being a personality and becomes a process. You write the script, the follow-up sequence and the tracker, then run them for a fortnight and see the numbers move.

    • Why people buy, and what really drives the decision
    • Opening a sales conversation that does not feel forced
    • A written enquiry-to-close process for your business
    • Qualifying: who is a buyer and who is time-pass
    • Closing without pressure and without begging
    • Tracking every enquiry so nothing is forgotten
    • Turning a one-time buyer into a repeat customer
    Module 05

    Digital Presence That Brings Walk-Ins

Being findable in Jaipur is the cheapest marketing there is. Your Google Business Profile, your site and your WhatsApp catalogue are set up properly in class, on your own account.

    • Google Business Profile set up, verified and optimised
    • Ranking for near-me and area searches in your locality
    • Photos, posts and offers that pull calls and directions
    • Getting reviews steadily and answering bad ones
    • A simple website or landing page that converts
    • WhatsApp Business: catalogue, labels and quick replies
    • Keeping name, address and phone consistent everywhere
    Module 06

    Running Ads Without Wasting Money

Most small businesses stop advertising because they lost money once. You learn where that money goes and how to test with a small budget before spending a big one.

    • Setting a test budget you can afford to lose
    • Choosing between Google, Meta and local channels
    • Writing an ad for one clear action, not for a prize
    • Targeting a radius, an area or a pincode properly
    • Reading cost per lead instead of likes and reach
    • Knowing when to switch an ad off, and how fast
    • When to hire an agency and what to ask them
    Module 07

    Lead Follow-Up and CRM

Most lost sales are not lost to a competitor. They are lost to being forgotten. This module builds the follow-up system that stops that happening.

    • Why most enquiries die in the follow-up, not the pitch
    • Setting up a free CRM you will actually keep updated
    • Lead stages, owners and a next-action date on each
    • Follow-up sequences on call, WhatsApp and email
    • Scripts for the second, fourth and tenth follow-up
    • Measuring conversion rate at every stage
    • Reviving old enquiries from last year's register
    Module 08

    Hiring Your First Employees

Your first hire either buys you time or costs you a year. You learn to write the role, run the interview and set expectations before day one.

    • Knowing when you can genuinely afford a hire
    • Writing a role description and a simple salary band
    • Where to find staff in Jaipur, and what to pay
    • Interview questions that reveal actual ability
    • Trial periods, targets and a written offer
    • Incentives that motivate without wrecking margin
    • Handling a wrong hire early instead of hoping
    Module 09

    Delegation and SOPs

This is the module that decides whether you own a business or a job. You write real standard operating procedures for your own daily work and hand one of them over.

    • Why most small businesses stay small forever
    • Listing every task you do and what only you can do
    • Writing an SOP anyone can follow the first time
    • Training someone on it and checking the output
    • Handing over work without losing quality
    • Daily, weekly and monthly review rhythms
    • Simple tools to run tasks and deadlines
    Module 10

    Inventory and Supplier Terms

For a shop or trading business this module usually pays the course fee back on its own. Stock is money sitting on a shelf and terms are money you are already owed.

    • Fast-moving and dead stock, and how to tell early
    • Reorder levels so you never run out of the best seller
    • Stock turns: how many times your money rotates a year
    • Negotiating credit period and rate with suppliers
    • Second and third suppliers so you are not held hostage
    • Damage, returns and shrinkage that quietly eat profit
    • Clearing dead stock without destroying your price
    Module 11

    GST and Basic Compliance

Not accountancy — the practical minimum an owner must know so nothing catches you at the wrong time and so you can read what your CA sends.

    • GST registration, slabs and when you must register
    • Invoices done correctly, and input credit you are losing
    • Filing calendar and what your CA actually needs monthly
    • Shop and establishment, Udyam and trade licences
    • Keeping business and personal money separate
    • Simple books, even if a CA files the returns
    • What penalties really cost, and how to avoid them
    Module 12

    Funding and Working Capital

Where the money for growth comes from, and how to tell the difference between funding that helps and funding that traps.

    • Working capital: what your business needs to breathe
    • Funding growth from cash flow before borrowing
    • MUDRA, CC limits, overdraft and term loans compared
    • What a bank actually looks at in your papers
    • Real cost of a loan against the return it must earn
    • Supplier credit and customer advances as free funding
    • When investment makes sense and when it does not
    Module 13

    Customer Retention and Referrals

Selling to somebody who already bought is the cheapest sale in the business. This module builds the system that brings them back and brings their friends.

    • Repeat rate: how many customers come back, honestly
    • Loyalty and reorder reminders that people accept
    • Service recovery when you have made a mistake
    • Asking for a referral without it being awkward
    • A referral scheme that pays for itself
    • Handling a bad review publicly and correctly
    • Building word of mouth on purpose, not by luck
    Module 14

    Your 90-Day Growth Plan

The last module puts the whole course into one document you leave with — targets, owners and dates, reviewed weekly, so the training does not stop at the certificate.

    • One growth goal with a number and a date on it
    • The three bottlenecks fixed first, and in what order
    • Weekly targets and a Monday review you keep
    • A one-page dashboard of the numbers that matter
    • Signs you are ready to add a branch or a category
    • Common scaling mistakes and how to avoid them
    • Planning the business for one, three and five years

    What you take home

Eight Real Documents You Walk Out With

There is no theory project here. Every deliverable below is built on your own business, with your own figures, and checked line by line by the trainer. Students who do not yet have a business build the same set for a real Jaipur business they choose, and many continue that work into a paid internship in Jaipur.

    Swipe to see all

    Deliverable 01

    Your Written 90-Day Growth Plan

One document with a growth number, a date, the three bottlenecks you are fixing first, weekly targets and who owns each one. It is reviewed with the trainer before you finish and it is the thing you work from on Monday morning.

Goals · Bottlenecks · Weekly targets

    Deliverable 02

A Pricing Sheet For Everything You Sell

Every product or service costed properly, with gross margin per line, the loss-makers marked in red and a new price list you can defend to a customer. For most owners this single sheet pays back the fee.

Costing · Margin · New rate card

    Deliverable 03

A Sales Script And Objection Sheet

Your opening, your qualifying questions, your close, and a written answer to every price objection you have heard this year. Tested on real customers during the course, then corrected. Owners who want to go further take the sales mastery course.

    Script · Objections · Close

    Deliverable 04

    A 90-Day Marketing Calendar

Week by week: which offer, which channel, which post, which ad, which festival. Built around Jaipur's actual buying seasons, with a budget line against each item. The paid side goes deeper in the Google Ads training.

    Channels · Offers · Budget

    Deliverable 05

    A One-Page Business Dashboard

Five numbers on one sheet — sales, gross margin, enquiries, conversion rate and cash in hand — updated weekly. You are taught to build it and then made to fill it in every week until it is a habit.

    Sales · Margin · Cash · Conversion

    Deliverable 06

An SOP File And Hiring Kit

Your daily operations written down so somebody else can run them, plus a role description, interview questions and a trial-period target sheet for your first or next hire.

    SOPs · Role · Interview · Targets

    Deliverable 07

    A Live Google Business Profile

Set up, verified and optimised in class on your own account — photos, categories, services, posts and a review request flow. This is usually the first thing that moves the phone.

    GBP · Reviews · Near-me

    Deliverable 08

A Working CRM With Your Real Leads

Your enquiry register, including last year's forgotten ones, loaded into a free CRM with stages and next-action dates. You are made to run it for two weeks before the course ends. Personal credibility is built alongside in the personal branding training.

    CRM · Follow-up · Pipeline

Bring last year's figures to the first class, however messy they are. A shoebox of bills is a fine starting point — the first module is about turning that into one readable sheet.

    Fees & tracks

Business Growth Course Fees in Jaipur

Three tracks, the same trainer and the same method — the difference is how far you take it. The fee covers training, every template, tool access during the course and the certificate. No exam fee, no material charge, and the fee is told to you before counselling, not after.

    Why owners choose us

Plenty Of People Explain Business. Fewer Open Your Books With You.

The complaint we hear from owners who came after another program is always the same — they can define working capital and still cannot say what theirs is. Listening to business advice changes nothing. Sitting with your own figures, being shown the leak, and being made to fix it before the next class is the whole training.

    Swipe to see all

Trainers Who Run A Business Today

Our trainers carry 15+ years of real operating experience and Infonic runs its own IT company alongside the institute. The examples in class are decisions taken this month, not chapters from a book.

    Personal One To One Coaching

Group class covers the method; the one to one session applies it to your business. Your numbers, your price list, your staff problem. Nobody else's situation is close enough to yours to be useful.

    Assignments After Every Module

Every module ends with work done inside your own business, and it comes back with specific feedback. This is the part people skip on their own, and it is the part that produces the change.

    Visits To Real Businesses

You go and see how a working business is actually run — the counter, the stock room, the accounts desk, the team. Owners see their own gaps faster standing in someone else's shop than sitting in a classroom.

    Paid Internship After The Course

Students who want the employment route move onto a paid internship where they do the work rather than watch it. See all internship options in Jaipur.

Classes In Hindi And Simple English

No English test at the door. If client calls or investor meetings are the worry, the communication mastery course runs alongside and most owners take it after the third month.

Business growth trainer at Infonic Training, Jaipur

    Rajesh Agarwal

Lead Trainer, Business Growth & Sales · 15+ years

Rajesh runs operations at the consultancy alongside teaching, so the payroll, the supplier terms and the bad months in the examples are real ones. Owners in class see a decision being argued out — hold the price or match the competitor, hire now or wait a quarter — instead of a tidy answer written afterwards.

Bring last year's sales figures to the demo class and ask him where your money is going. If a course is not what your business needs right now, he will say that instead of selling you one.

    What actually changes

What Changes In Your Business, And When

Owners want one honest answer before paying for anything: what will be different. Below is what usually changes, roughly when, and what it depends on. Owners who take the employment route instead — and many family-business students do, for a year or two first — find the role list under it, with the same job-oriented courses support and the same sales and telecalling training available alongside.

What changes Realistic timeline What it depends on
You know your true margin, product by product Week 2 to 3 Real bills and real figures, not remembered ones
Prices corrected or restructured Month 1 to 2 Doing the positioning work before touching the price
A written sales process instead of improvising Month 2 Somebody following the script daily, including you
Enquiries followed up instead of forgotten Month 2 to 3 Keeping the CRM updated even on a busy day
Phone ringing from local search Month 2 to 3 Profile completed, photos added, reviews collected
Ad spend producing leads you can count Month 3 Stopping a losing ad in week one, not month three
Owner out of daily firefighting Month 4 to 6 SOPs written and one person properly trained on them

If you want a job rather than a business — or a salary while your own venture finds its feet — these are the roles this training opens, and what they pay in Jaipur. Back-office and coordination roles are covered further in the back office training course.

Freelance business consultant ₹8,000 – ₹25,000 per client / month The businesses you can prove you improved.

Now the blunt part. No course can guarantee that your business will grow. Execution does that, and execution happens after the class ends, on the days you do not feel like it. What a course can do is stop you working hard in the wrong direction — show you the leak, hand you the method, and hold you to a plan for ninety days. Owners who work the plan usually see the first movement inside 60 to 90 days. Owners who file it away see nothing at all, and that is not the trainer's doing. Anyone in Jaipur promising you a guaranteed jump in turnover is selling you something.

An honest note on the internship and placement side: the cell handles the resume, the profile, mock interviews and referrals to hiring companies in Jaipur, and it works for students who finish their assignments and have documents to show. We open the door. Clearing the interview, or growing the shop, is still yours to do.

    FAQ

    Business Growth Course FAQs

Owners think hard before giving months and money to any training. These are the questions people actually ask across the counselling table.

How long is the business growth course in Jaipur, and how many hours a week does it need?

The course runs 2 to 3 months depending on the track you pick. Weekday batches meet 5 days a week for about 1.5 to 2 hours, and there is an early-morning batch before shops open plus a weekend batch built for owners who cannot leave the counter during the day. Keep two or three hours a week aside to apply the work, because the assignments are your own business, not a case study.

I already run a business. Will this teach me something new, or is it only for beginners?

It is not a beginners-only course. A large part of the syllabus — closing sales gaps, repairing margins, hiring, delegating and building systems that hold without you standing there — is aimed straight at someone already trading. Many students join with two to five years behind them. If your growth has flattened, there is usually one specific thing causing it, and finding that thing is the first month of this course.

What is the business growth course fee in Jaipur, and is EMI available?

The 2-month essentials track is ₹12,000, the 3-month professional track is ₹19,000 and the 6-month growth and scale-up track is ₹32,000. The fee covers training, all the templates, tool access during the course and the certificate. No-cost EMI is available on fees above ₹15,000, and there is no separate exam, material or certificate charge.

How is this different from watching YouTube videos or reading business books?

YouTube and books give you information. This gives you application. Every module ends in an assignment done on your own numbers, your own customers and your own pricing, and it comes back with specific feedback. The one-to-one sessions look at your business, not a generic example. Information is free everywhere. Somebody telling you why your margin is eleven percent and exactly what to change is not.

I run a shop and cannot leave the counter. Can I still attend?

Yes. There is an early-morning batch before shops open and a weekend batch, and the live online sessions are the same class with the same trainer, not a recording. Owners from Bapu Nagar, Raja Park, Sanganer and Johari Bazaar regularly attend the online batch from the shop itself between customers.

Do I need any prior business education or a degree to join this course?

No. There is no prerequisite and no degree requirement. Module 1 starts from how money actually moves through a business — what comes in, what goes out, what is left. If you already know that part well, tell the counsellor at admission and you will be started further in rather than charged for months you do not need.

My English is weak and I am slow with computers. Will that block me?

No. Classes run in Hindi and simple English. The spreadsheet and tool work is taught from zero — opening a sheet, entering last month's sales, reading the number at the bottom. Shopkeepers who had never used Google Sheets are running a monthly dashboard within about six weeks. Nobody is graded on English here.

What if my business does not work out after the course? Is the training wasted?

No. Reading numbers, understanding customers, selling, marketing and running a small team are portable skills. They work in the next business and they work in a job. Students who closed one venture have used the same skills to start a better one, and some took Business Development or Operations roles instead. The skill outlives the idea.

What exactly happens in the paid internship, and is it related to my field?

You are placed in a role where you actually do the work rather than watch it. Placements are matched to what you want next — marketing, sales, operations or business development — so you earn while building something you can show. It is offered to students who clear their assessments, and it runs on real accounts, not a certificate-only arrangement.

Will this course guarantee that my business grows?

No, and be careful with anyone who tells you otherwise. A course cannot grow your business. Execution does. What this gives you is the diagnosis and the method: where the money is actually leaking, what to price at, a sales process that runs without you, and a 90-day plan with weekly targets. Owners who work that plan usually see the first movement in 60 to 90 days. Owners who file the plan away and change nothing see nothing, and that part is not the trainer's to control.
