Digital Marketing Fresher Salary in Jaipur (2026 Offers)
In this article
    Quick answer

In Jaipur, digital marketing freshers are typically offered about ₹8,000–20,000 a month in 2026, based on a sample of current local job listings. Offers below ₹10,000 are usually trainee-style roles, and ₹20,000–25,000 or more tends to go to freshers who can show ad results, analytics or strong video skills. These are typical ranges, not a promise. Judge an offer on learning, written terms and growth, not only the number.

You have just finished your course or graduation, and the first offer has come: ₹9,000 a month, “salary will increase after six months”. Your friend in Pune says that is too low. Your family says take it. You are not sure if you should accept, ask for more, or keep searching. This guide is only about that moment: digital marketing fresher salary in Jaipur, what a first offer usually looks like, and how to judge and improve it.

Digital marketing fresher salary in Jaipur: what 2026 offers look like

On 19 October 2026 we looked at a sample of about ten Jaipur digital marketing listings on JobHai, a Naukri group job site. Fresher and 0–6 month roles showed ₹5,000–10,000 a month. Roles asking for 6–12 months showed ₹8,000–12,000. Executive roles open to 0–2 years showed ₹15,000–20,000 and ₹15,000–25,000. The ranges that reached ₹35,000–50,000 at the top end were for roles asking for 6 months or more of experience. This is a small snapshot, not a survey. Here is how those offers usually group:

Monthly offer (Jaipur) What the role usually is What it often means
Below ₹10,000 Trainee, intern or “SEO/social media assistant” A learning role. Fine for 3–6 months if the learning is real and terms are written.
₹10,000–15,000 Junior digital marketing or social media executive at a small business or agency The most common fresher band. Expect mixed tasks.
₹15,000–25,000 Executive with ads, SEO or video responsibility You are trusted with real work. Usually needs a portfolio or internship.
₹25,000 and above Fresher with proven ad, analytics or video skills, or a larger brand Rare for true freshers; most listings at this level ask for 1+ year. Proof of results makes the difference.

Typical ranges from listings, not a promise. Listings change weekly, so check the latest yourself.

National data shows the same picture. AmbitionBox’s data from 5,200+ salaries puts digital marketing executives with under one year of experience at ₹1.1–4.7 lakh a year across India (AmbitionBox). A February 2026 guide puts Tier 2 fresher pay at about ₹2.5–3.5 lakh a year (Frontlines Media), roughly ₹20,000–29,000 a month before deductions. Many Jaipur first offers sit below that.

Why Jaipur fresher offers vary so much

    • Type of employer. A five-person agency, a jewellery exporter and a funded D2C brand pay very differently for the same title.
    • What you can prove. “I know SEO” and “here is a blog I ranked for 12 keywords” get different offers.
    • Role scope. Posting only pays less than handling ad budgets.
    • CTC vs in-hand. Some offers quote CTC, others quote in-hand. Always ask which.

Is an ₹8,000–12,000 offer okay? How to decide

Do not judge by the number alone. Ask these four questions:

    1. Will I learn something I cannot learn alone? Real ad accounts, real clients, a senior who reviews your work.
    2. Is the increase written down? “We will see after six months” is not a plan. “Review at 3 months, revised to ₹X if targets are met” is.
    3. Can I afford it for 6 months? Include travel. A ₹10,000 job with ₹3,000 travel is really ₹7,000.
    4. Will it look good on my resume? Will you have results to show after six months?

If you get three “yes” answers, a low first offer can be a smart start. If you get mostly “no”, keep applying while you build your portfolio.

“Treat your first job as paid learning with a deadline. Decide on day one what you must learn in six months. If the job stops teaching you, that is your signal to move, not the salary.”

Stipend vs salary vs training: know what you are signing

Type What it is What to check
Internship with stipend Short-term learning role; the company pays a stipend Duration, stipend amount in writing, whether a job offer may follow
Probation salary A job with lower pay for the first few months Exact probation length and revised salary after it
Full-time salary A regular job with monthly pay CTC vs in-hand, PF, leave, working days
Fee-based training or internship You pay to learn with live projects (like an institute programme) What you will build, who teaches, certificate and placement support terms

None of these is “wrong”. Problems start when a role is called one thing but works like another. Ask clearly before you join.

Offer letter checklist for digital marketing freshers

    Check Why it matters
Salary written as in-hand and CTC Avoids surprise deductions
Probation length and revised salary after probation Stops “increase later” from never happening
Job title and main responsibilities Proves your experience on your resume later
Working days, timings and leave Six-day weeks with late nights change the real value of pay
Notice period and any bond or penalty Know what happens if you leave early
Who you report to A senior to learn from is worth a lot in year one
Laptop and tools provided Some small firms expect you to bring your own
Company details (GST, address, website) Confirms the employer is real

Red flags: any company asking you to pay a “security deposit” to join a job, no written offer at all, a role that changes to pure telecalling after joining, or a bond with a large penalty for a low-paid fresher role. Walk away or get clarity in writing first.

How to negotiate your first digital marketing offer

Yes, freshers can negotiate, politely. Most small companies have some room, especially if you show proof. Use this approach:

    1. Thank them and show interest first. “Thank you, I really want to work on your brand.”
    2. Show proof, not need. “I have run a small Meta ads campaign with ₹3,000 and got leads at ₹85 each. Here is the report.”
    3. Ask for a specific number or a written review. “Could we start at ₹14,000? If not, can we put a 3-month review with a revised salary in the offer letter?”
    4. Offer something extra. “I can also handle reels editing, so you will not need a separate editor for basic videos.”
    5. Accept or decline gracefully. Keep the door open either way.

The written 3-month review is often easier for small companies to agree to than a higher starting number. It is still a win.

Skills that lift your first offer in Jaipur

    • Meta and Google ads with a result report. Even a tiny live campaign with cost per lead shows you understand money.
    • GA4 and simple reporting. Small businesses rarely have someone who can explain their data.
    • Reels shooting and editing. Every local business wants video; many freshers cannot do it well.
    • WhatsApp and lead follow-up automation. Local businesses sell on WhatsApp; a simple automation impresses owners.
    • Clear communication. Explaining your work simply in an interview matters more than which language you speak.

What changed in 2026 for fresher hiring

    • More employers want freshers, but with proof. TeamLease EdTech found 73% of employers planned fresher hiring in H1 2026 and 75% in H2, with emphasis on projects, internships and portfolios (Careers360, People Matters). In H2 2026 the marketing and advertising sector itself scaled back fresher plans, so apply to in-house roles at local brands, e-commerce sellers and retailers, not only agencies.
    • New fresher roles in marketing. Ads operations executive, digital campaign analyst and AI marketing associate were named as rising fresher roles in 2026 (The Tribune / ANI). These often pay better than pure posting roles.
    • Basic tasks pay less. AI tools now write captions and simple blogs, so freshers who only offer these get lower offers.

Who should not take a low first offer

    • If you already have a strong portfolio and other interviews moving, wait a little.
    • If the role has nothing to do with marketing (for example, pure data entry), it will not build your career.
    • If you cannot cover basic monthly costs, a low offer may push you to quit early, which looks worse on a resume.

How Infonic helps freshers get a better start

Students in our digital marketing course in Jaipur build proof projects during the course: a live campaign report, a GA4 dashboard, an SEO page and short videos, so they have something to show in interviews. The course runs in 15-day, 45-day and 3-month tracks, offline at Ajmer Road or online as the same live class with recordings.

We give placement assistance, not a guarantee: resume review, interview practice and job leads. Infonic candidates also get priority in listings on Pink City Jobs, our own job portal. If you need work experience first, our digital marketing internship in Jaipur runs for 4, 6 or 8 weeks with live projects (₹9,000 / ₹12,500 / ₹15,000 total fee). Any stipend depends on your interview and performance and is never promised.

    Frequently asked questions

What is the salary of a digital marketing fresher in Jaipur?

Based on a sample of Jaipur listings we checked in October 2026, most fresher digital marketing roles offer about ₹8,000–20,000 a month. Trainee roles can be lower, around ₹5,000–10,000, and freshers with proven ad, analytics or video skills sometimes get ₹20,000–25,000 or more. These are typical ranges, not a promise.

Kya ₹10,000 ki pehli job lena sahi hai?

It can be, if the job teaches real skills, gives you work you can show later, and the salary review is written in the offer letter. Check travel cost and working hours too. If the role teaches nothing or the terms are unclear, keep applying while building your portfolio. Treat a low offer as paid learning with a 6-month plan.

Can a fresher negotiate salary in a digital marketing job?

Yes, politely and with proof. Show a small campaign report, a blog you grew or videos you made, then ask for a specific number or a written salary review after three months. Small Jaipur companies often agree to a written review even when they cannot raise the starting pay.

Is digital marketing fresher salary higher in metros than Jaipur?

Usually, yes. Published 2026 guides suggest metros pay noticeably more than Tier 2 cities, and Jaipur first offers often sit at the lower end. Living costs are lower in Jaipur, though, and remote jobs let you earn from metro companies once you have skills and results.

What is the difference between stipend and salary?

A stipend is paid during an internship or training period and is usually lower and fixed for a short term. A salary is paid for a regular job and usually comes with an offer letter, probation terms and sometimes PF. Always confirm in writing which one you are being offered and for how long.

Which skills get freshers a higher starting salary?

Running Meta or Google ads with a clear result report, reading GA4, shooting and editing reels, and setting up simple WhatsApp or lead follow-up automation. These connect directly to a business’s leads and sales, so employers pay more for them than for posting or basic writing alone.
